Are you guys with the f finding that is almost TOO long? I finally hit the 915f 3 wood today and it is now a mission to get it in the bag, but I have tried a Xhot 3 deep and it's basically as long as my driver which isn't what I am looking for. Not sure if I should be looking at a 4 wood instead of the 915f 3 wood. Feel, and looks wise, it is exactly what I am looking for, just want it to gap properly. Have you had to rethink your bag at all because of the extra distance?

I went from a 16.5 to 18 degree head to fit the distance I needed. The 16.5 was too long for what I need. Absolutely love the 5 wood and highly recommend it.

The 13.5 FD has performed beautifully for me off the tee and from the fairway. Love this club.

That said, I just put my 980F 13* strong back in the bag. Most versatile 3 wood I've ever played. I've never been able to dig balls out of bad lies and rough with 3 woods made in the last 5-10 years like I can with the 980. 915fd is a winner for me from fairways and tee, loved the smaller head, and was definitely a bit longer for me than the 913Fd and 910Fd. 980F may lack a few yards on mishits but is a winner for me from any/all lies imaginable.

Thanks. Kind of not what I was looking to hear but, they have a bunch of demoed 3 woods, but not 4... LOL I can buy the 3 wood at the local Roger Dunn and try it out. If it's too long I have 90 days to exchange it...

I actually ended up with a 3 wood length shaft and the 18 degree head. Soooo much easier to get airborne off the deck but I suffer from TD (trajectial disfunction) so maybe you will be good with a 3 wood. Good luck!

For some reason I can't get comfortable with my 15* 915F......for some reason it sets up closed for me and the head shape looks different from my gamer 913fd head......side by side my 913fd flies pretty much identical distance if not farther and is much more consistent........I really want to like the 915F and it sounds and feels fantastic but I may actually return it and keep my 913fd until the face caves in.

Mind you I was custom fit for my 913FD so it plays at 42.5" and was hotmelted to D2.5.....

Not too long, for me it fit my gap perfectly. 3H is 225-240, 2H is 240-250, 3 wood is gripped down smooth 255-260 to an all out hang and bang 285. My G15 was 270-275 max. I have hit it (the 915) farther but 285-290 is my average best for full and flush.

Man i was debating between 915 fd and vapor flex. I ended up getting the vapor flex since it was on sale for 179.99 and tax free. They both gave me about the same yardage on the simulator. I didnt really look at the other results to closely other than the yardage. It was about time i got a new 3 wood since the one i have now is a Cleveland Launcher. I havent gotten it yet, I am pretty excited to try it out when it gets here.

I am going to see if I can pick one up today... I have been using my 910D which is not the longest driver for me but gets me in the fairway so it kind of messes with my gaps... I may try the 4 wood, but my Anser 2h is pretty long so it doesn't leave me much room at the top of the bag... The 915 3 wood seems pretty easy to hit honestly, so I am kind of at a cross roads.... Thanks all for the input.

I got the 915Fd and played it the Diamana White and Blue shafts. The Fd hits pretty low. I personally did not like it. The F is so much better imo. If you have a decent swing speed I can see a scenario of 220-240 carry on a low trajectory with lots of roll out. How many times a round do you need that shot?

Depends on which course I am playing but I haven't found many, if any, fw woods that I am comfortable with. Until I hit the 915f yesterday and felt good with it right off the bat. I don't need it much but I want it to be there when called upon.

Picked up a 915f, Rogue silver, today. It was a demo but it looks brand new... 15*, was hoping for a 16.5, but there weren't any out as demos so I just took the best of what I could find. Playing tomorrow, so I will see how it performs.

The Fd has been great for me as I rarely hit it any other time than off the tee on par 4's and 5's. The two times I've had to hit it off the ground weren't too difficult to get a nice trajectory on but it wouldn't of held firmer greens. If you find yourself hitting it into greens a lot I think the F would be the better option.

L.A.B. Golf is choosing ten GolfWRX members to receive their MEZZ.1 putter early and put their brand new product to the test before reporting back to the community about what they see. The selected testers will be one of the first to experience the MEZZ.1 from L.A.B. It includes 10 weights (eight on the bottom, two on the sides) that allow us to individually build each putter to a golfer’s exact specifications.

      How To Apply
In a post below, answer the following questions.

      1. City, State?
      2. Handicap?
      3. What is your current putter?
      4. Have you ever used a L.A.B. Golf putter?
      5. Why do you want to review the MEAZZ.1 putter?
      6. Do you agree to participate in an ongoing testing thread, posting reviews and photos?

That's it! @labgolf and GolfWRX will choose the testers in about 2 weeks! This testing event is for good-standing members in the USA only!
