I will likely build a combo out of these as well. MP-H5 1-3, MP-15 4-6, MP-5 7-P. My buddy told me, "even if you can't hit them, they would look nice just hanging on the wall."

Too thick in the low muscle for my taste. Also, $2500 is very steep. I don't know if they are an improvements over the MP14, MP29, MP37, or MP33. There is only so much you can do with a blade that hasn't already been done.

I have owned several models of the Mizuno's and they are fine clubs. Still, I have always thought that the Hogan Apex 1999 and 50th Anniversary played better and looked better.

This happens every year - people see the pictures and think they're going to look like chunky shovels, only to find out that Mizuno knows what they're doing and they will look like nice, thin irons.

These aren't going to knock my mp 4 out of the bag anytime soon. I think if you are going to make a blade, keep it as classic and simple as possible. Not sure how the "channel" is suppose to help...

I've gone back and forth with Mizuno, but these could be classics. There's only so much you can do with a MB/blade and these look like they've maximized the possibility.

Maybe it's the reflection off the chrome or maybe the muscle sits higher on the iron than normal, but the toes of the PW and 8 iron in that bag pic looked pretty stretched out. Like the new PM Callaway wedges.

Am I the only person that prefers the MP-4 over this? Maybe it's because I own the MP-4s, but I'm just not a fan of that split muscle in the MP-5. It's like the MP-4s got fat replacement surgery to take some away from the bottom. In contrast, the MP-4s are big, thick, and juicy at the bottom... MMMMmmmmm....

The pictures on ebay looks much more appropriate for a blade. Not miura small blade thin, but not GI iron thick either. I wonder how many wrx members are watching that auction haha

It kind of reminds me of my vega blades, more forgiving with a huge muscle. It's like the MP 4 and the MP 32 had a baby.

Is it possible that those irons in the background are MP25s? Doubtful that the 5s would look that thick no matter the angle.

I had that thought also, just was not sure they would have them in the same pic, but with them being announced also, a distinct possibility.
