Nickent 3DX are great hybrids. I have just tried to replace mine and demoed all the latest offerings. The only new one that was as good was the Ping G30 that went slightly higher and 1 yard further. It would take someone with more money than me to pay 600 odd dollars for a couple of clubs for 1 yard so the Nickents got regripped and back in the bag

cobra baffler pro, it came stock with a speeder 757 shaft.

At the time it seemed alot straighter than the standard baffler, and anything else that I tried at the time.

I've always been a fan of the old Callaway Heavenwood hybrids with the steel shafts. I still carry the 23*.

Original Adams Idea Pro for flatter trajectory or Original Adams XTD ti super hybrid for higher trajectory!

I've been rocking mine for 5+ years and it's the only club 100% safe in my bag. No tendency to hook, good distance and super versatile. I hit my 2H all over the place anywhere from 240 off the tee to a 200 yard cut into greens. Awesome, awesome club and still being rocked on tour. If my house was burning down and I could only save 1 club, it wouldn't be my $700 driver. It would be my $40 2 hybrid.

 

 

Spot on, Cleveland has the older hybrid market on lock down. I have used the Halo, Hibore, Hibore XLS, and the Launcher. My favorite was the the Hibore, they came with those 83g fujikura shafts stock and they really worked right out of the box. I still have my 19* and 22* hybrids in case anything in the bag acts up.

I still play my 23* Baffler....I've hit some great shots with that club! The VS Proto that's in it is still one of my favorite shafts. Interesting it was only 65 grams though, light for a hybrid shaft.

+1 for the 19* original XTD! The stock Fubuki ax shaft makes a great combo! I usually hit that around 220 nice and high.

Really surprised no one has mentioned the G10. Favorite hybrid made to date. Sometimes I'll even replace my 5 wood with a 15* with a shimmed .350 tip speeder 757.
