Won My Club Championship

Completely active brag here... first time ever. Championship flight, shot 75 in the qualifier a week ago Saturday to tie for low man, against my eventual competitor in the final match. 20 year old college player. Great match, and saved the best for last. I eagled 1, which I haven't done all season, after he made bird. He gave me a bit of a scare when he birdied 16, and had a very makeable attempt on 17 to bring the match back to me being just 1 up, but he lipped out.

No, played "Grizzlies", 6564 yards, 73.0/142.

I was really steady today. Missed only 1 fairway, and the only mistakes were on two tee balls on the two par 3s, both misclubs... had too much club on one hole, and too little on the other.

Hit 12/17 GIRS. Left a couple just short of greens on 2 holes, and make a great save on 14 to halve the hole.

OK about the tees...guess the boxed tees on the card are another option between the Griz and Champ tees.

Right, the boxed are a mixed set. I wish they'd do that for the Grizzlies and Tournament tees as well. The Michigan PGA was held here for a couple of years and they played it to about 6850, which is very doable, but the tips are crazy long.
