Anyone have the inside with what Nike has in the bag for 2016? Been wondering what the next step is for them. Also, how do you guys like the engage wedges and the vapor line. Thanks

TW Driver is legit. I can't find a combo that can beat it in ball speeds.

I hope Nike makes wedges in the 46* option. Had to go Vokey but carry the 50,54,59 engage. Those are legit as well. Didn't care for the Vapor Pro or Pro Combos

They had a 47 degree or so many generations ago but stopped producing them. I agree they need to bring back the PW wedge.

New shoes, woods, and balls fore sure. They usually put out new wedges every year , but the engage came out so late so not so sure on them. Player irons usually every other year, but then Rory never really put them in play so maybe they'll come out with something not volt? They also usually come out with game important clubs every year.

I hear Lunar Control 4 pics have been out, but I cant find them online and I am interested to see what they look like. I have heard they might be introducing a new set up game improvement iron's, but I doubt well see any new woods. I agree. Not sure why that's not an option. Especially when so many of their Tour staff uses an Engage wedge in PW loft, whether it be 46* or 48*.

We will see new woods, I don't know it they will be Vapor 2.0 or a new name. I heard that one of the balls will be what Rory and others play (RZN black dot). As for the LC 4's they remind me of a puma shoe on top by the toe and the bottom looks like the LC 3's.

The pic I have of the LC4 is completely different from the LC3s.

If they're smart they'll lose the "volt" color scheme. Tone it down a bit. They make good products now they don't need gimmicks. I'd also like to see them get rid of the "cavity backed woods" - at least in the pro models. Good players don't want cavity back irons why do they want that in their driver.

I love my VPC irons and Engage wedges. The driver is good. I have yet to make the fwys work in what little I've tried them. I did get to hit the Flex 3 wood a couple of days ago with the stock Whiteboard 70 shaft and it was much better feeling than the stock Blueboard.

I must have drank too much "Nike Aide" because I love my vapor pro irons and driver! The only clubs I wasn't sold on were the fairways, I just didn't like the shape at address. I was a fan of the volt color scheme too. I would love to see a new ball soon, Cota mentioned something about the platinum/black cross that was going to hit that market. I would game that ball without hesitation!

Also interested in the Black/Platinum cross if that is coming to retail. I wouldn't get too excited though guys, I heard Nike is laying off 120% of their golf employees tomorrow (everyone on staff plus any future hires) and getting out of the golf business for good

it's up to the guys at corporate making the decisions on what comes to market. It's not said for sure or not if that one will come (RZN dot) I hope it does because I would love to try the same ball Rory and Tiger use. Plumb will hopefully give them the okay for those plus some damn 46* wedges lol

Just put the engage wedges into play and I could not be happier. They have not made a good putter since the original Method lineup. I have the Vapor Pro driver in play and really like my ball flight, but I hated the Covert Tour and 2.0 lineup. I felt like I lost distance and control to the point that I continued to play the Covert Performance 1.0 throughout those releases. The Vapor Speed fairways are great but you have to find the right shaft for them. The stock Fubuki is meh for fast transitions IMO. I love the Vapor Pro and PC irons. These are some of the best feeling irons Nike has made in a while. The RZN Black is a great ball and a huge improvement from the 20XI lineup. I tried to like the RZN Platinum as I loved the One Platinum ball, but nothing felt right with it.

I actually like the Volt color but can understand why some don't. I don't think you can really compare cavity back woods to irons. You don't see the cavity back on the woods like you do with irons. I've got the Vapor 2-dot fairway wood and it's the best fairway wood I've ever hit.

RZN line is out of stock at HQ. What's left in the field is all that is left. New ball likely in Jan/Feb. Forged product was to be a 2 year life cycle, not sure if new regime is sticking with that. I anticipate an enhanced version of the PC at most. New strategies at Nike. Reset button was pushed with the elimination of all Footwear/Equipment sales reps positions. Nike seems poised to be much more profitable and more in line with how 'Big Nike' does things. 3-5 years from now...other companies will merge/go away and Nike will be left standing.

Not all Footwear/Equip reps are gone. My rep still has his job. Just has much more on his plate.
