Yes the course is amazing. The course beat me up pretty bad but it is awesome.

I guess it depends on the weather from year to year but roughly when are Vancouver courses ready to play after the winter? Having spent a little time in Alberta it would be April at the earliest there so I'm guessing March in coastal BC??

I believe you can play year round in Vancouver and Victoria.. we are planning a trip for Feb or March since we won’t be going south for a while it seems.

Yes, you can play year round. Much of it depends on rainfall and mud. Some years are frostier than others, so delays and temp greens can factor in. IMO, Morgan Creek will give you the best Winter conditions.

Some awesome photos here.  Would love to play shaugnessey one day.  Capilano is also on my wishlist as I love playing Stanley Thompson courses, I particularly like his bunkering.

 

This gets me excited for spring, although I'm in the North and will be lucky to get out before mid-May.

 

Planning a trip to the Okanagan this year so hopefully I can add a few good photos then.

Not a member of Capilano.  Every one in a while they let their guard down and let the rift raft play there.
