Putterho009 not sending paid for club

I purchased a Xhot 3 wood on Sept 16th from "Putterho009", and immediately paid (within 20min) via paypal. As of today - Oct 21 - still no deliver or even a confirmation of it being sent. I've been more than patient, and have communicated fairly throughout this process:

 

1) within 20 min of confirming the order (sept 16th) i paid via paypal, and supplied the seller with the paypal transaction #, and my address

2)ME: Sent 28 September 2015 - 11:27 AM

Any luck getting this club out? Still haven't received it...

3)Seller: Sent 28 September 2015 - 11:43 AM

I'm in Canada.. Not goin to show up over night

That is the last communication from the seller. I always taken pride in doing things the WRXer way - quick pay, great communication, quick ship, send tracking asap..... This member has not met any of these standards, and has not shipped my club. I feel that this member should have his/her account frozen at the very least.

Alert mods; start thread; alert dead-beat seller; name seller in thread; file PP dispute.
In a matter of minutes dead-beat seller chimes in and will ship after 12 days of silence.

I've noticed a lot of people using this as an excuse. It doesn't justify a month of leading someone on who has sent you money in exchange for goods. If "life happened" just refund the money.

If someone can't typically ship w/in 2-3 days of receiving payment, they have no business being on the BST, imo -

Yes, life happens...but it doesn't "happen" all the time...and certainly not over and over to the same person...and if it does, they probably have more important things to worry about than getting their BST on...

WTF? You were blatantly lying repeatedly. I've been late sending an item out. (stated 1 day in ad, and it took 3.) The way to handle that is to say, "I'm so sorry. I was unable to ship yesterday due to XXXXXX. I can refund your money or I will send you tracking when I have it tomorrow. Again, my apologies!"

Then you decide to give the buyer a bunch of BS attitude?

Why do some people make this process so difficult? Be honest. Be straightforward. Be helpful.

By no means ... should someone ever buy something from you again. Don't post an ad if you can't hold up your end of the bargain. Things happen but communicate them then.

How about just doing what you agreed to do on time, as agreed when he sent you money? Or even responding to PM's? There is literally no valid excuse for your behavior after one month.

Why don't people like this get the ban hammer?

Then wait to sell your stuff until you're less busy and can get it done in a timely fashion. Buyers shouldn't be subject to you being able to ship whenever you can get around to it.

I'm not disagreeing with anyone on this thread. I'm also not hiding...

What I did was inexcusable. I'm not saying it wasn't.. I'm not hiding anywhere. I shipped the club and provided tracking to the mods and the buyer.. If he requested a refund I would done that..

If the mods want to ban. So be it. I'm not on here arguing with anyone. And I did what was asked.
