Don't know why nike doesn't show any love to people who wear a 12.5. I wanted chukkas so badly and was prepared to get every colorway that came out but the 12 is a bit too snug and the 13 is huge. #12.5smatter

Unless your toes are sticking out the front, all flynit style shoes feel snug until the 2nd or 3rd time you wear them and they stretch out.

I mean there's no way these don't have spikes on the bottom. TW17? They'd have to be the comfiest shoes in the world for me to get past the look of them.

Received the second pair of Wide LC4s...a half size down this time and my big toes still have an inch from the end of the shoe, the only difference I can see from the half size up is that my foot is about to bust out of the sides. I can't win with any of the Lunar Control shoes (had bad luck with the LC3 too), this is getting ridiculous. It's a shame because I really like the design.

I'm sending them back and hoping that I have better luck with the FI Premieres in Wide otherwise I'm going to get kicked off the course for being barefoot.

The new FI's should be plenty wide in the "wide" sizes. I went from 8.5W to 8M and now a perfect fit. I could actually tell they just slightly narrower, and slightly shorter, which was just right.

My boss threw me a "comp day" as a b-day present today, on the box at 11:30 for the first round with them.

I'd bet that those wraps are what Nike asked him to wear to hide what shoe model he's actually wearing to keep you TW shoe nuts from jizzing (aka bustin a nut) all over your keyboards. LOL! Probably the new Lunar Fire or an old TW model shoe.

Really? He dropped the free sole because it's not "stable" enough for his new swing. AJ8 Straps would add additional stability to a shoe, seems like function over style. . .

I like the theory, but in this case why wouldn't Tiger simply wear an older pair of TW shoes and not go through all the trouble. My bet is these are either some prototype Nike came up with specifically for Tiger or heaven forbid, these are what we can expect from the TW 16 release.

I've been away from the boards for much of the last 5-6 months due to work and hardly any golf, so it's nice to be back on the style forums. That being said, i was originally not a fan of the new LC4's, but after seeing them in person yesterday for the 1st time, i actually came away fairly impressed.

Compared to previous years models, to which i was a fan (especially the LC2's), how do these shoes feel and how well have they held up for you all?

It's NOT the lunar fires those pictures are already out and those are releasing 5/1 these are a prototype that are sitll in the production/testing phase, the swoosh will most likely be moved...

They're extremelyyyyyy similar to the LC3's. There are only some small changes made to the design aside from the actual look of the shoe.

Do they crease as badly as the LC3's did/do? I wasn't a fan of the synthetic leather Nike used on the previous model. I need to go check out the LC4's again to make sure they're not using the same type of material.

I received the new FI's in a different size today.

Boom! Money!

These shoes are dope. I did grab me a shoe horn off Amazon, very helpful getting them on. These fit perfect, light, comfy. I should get em out Friday for the first round.

I like these enough, i may pass on the Jordan release tonight.

These are everything I hoped they would be, and feel much better about $162 a pair as opposed to $200

Keep it up Nike...

New FI's are fantastic!!!

I just played 18, these shoes rock, barely knew I had em on. This is my shoe, will buy more as they get cheaper.

Everything I hoped they would be.

I think the ONLY thing they have in common with the LC3 is the cushion feel. I hated the LC3s because of the creasing and that itchy, uncomfortable feeling they left on the top of my toes. The LC4s are nothing like that at all. Definitely a much better shoe!!!

These take me back to the days of the TW Monk shoe. Anyone remember those? They looked nice in person.

Loved those shoes. I took the spikes out and wore them as shop shoes.
