I go with the MG Dynagrip. Granted I haven't tried a ton of gloves, but the Dynagrips feel good and only run me $6.25 shipped/glove. I haven't had any issues with the velcro and the leather holds up good for me. Best deal I've found since I started playing! I'm cheap. LOL

I keep telling myself that I will but I was worried that the stretch portion above the knuckles wouldn't fit me right. Alright you've given me the gumption to give them a go! It would be nice if I could get them for free shipping on ebay like the Dynagrips.

Callaway Dawn Patrol. Looks and feels great and is a bargain.

 

+1 for Dawn Patrol. I've got other gloves in my bag (Titleist & Srixon) that I can't stand and keep going back to the Callaway.

I currently use the Titleist Players and FJ pure touch but durability is the only issue with these. They are so soft and responsive. Some gloves can feel too thick

Footjoy StaSof. Best mix of feel and durability. I like to try out other brands' cheaper offerings for practice/range sessions.

 

That being said I won a few Titleist Perma-Soft gloves and will be using those after my current StaSof's wear out. I've heard good things.

I normally never wear a glove. But when my hands are really sweating or its drizzling I will put on a Footjoy Weathersoft glove. Since it's mostly a synthetic leather it works well and lasts long under the wet conditions I use a glove. Plus it doesn't seem to stain like a full leather glove. But again, I don't wear a glove under normal conditions.

FootJoy puretouch is money, just wish it didn't cost $30 a pop. The Titleist players glove is cheaper and feels pretty close to the same. Those are my two go-to gloves.

Huge fan of the fit39 japanese golf glove, fit39shop.com I usually buy a few a year and they last the whole year.

 

+1 for fit39. i sweat hard. great durable, synthetic glove. sometimes pops a seam, but the one im playing now has lasted some 30+ rounds or more. still goin strong

Just bought an MG glove. Figured why not. Pleasantly surprised with it out of the bag. Soft leather and zero Velcro issues through one round. Leather seems to be on the thicker side.

For those commenting on the MG Velcro issues, I would hazard a guess that it was a problem with a particular batch of gloves. I have ordered from MG several times and only had the Velcro issue with gloves from one of those orders. The rest have all been fine.

In the past I've always been a Titleist perma soft or players guy, but I tried a Taylormade TP recently, and I love the fit. It seems incredibly durable and soft as well. I'm hoping the new version, the tour preferred is as nice.

I've tried several different gloves. Never liked the feel and went natural. No glove. Just feels better to me.

I quite like G-Fore. Probably the best quality leather used on any glove. You need to have a decent grip though, or you'll need to remortgage your house if you intend on continuing to use them.

 

Also, I find the Ping Sensor Tour to be a remarkably underrated glove. Great fit and very high quality leather.

I'm going to ask a question - frankly is there much or any difference between the top cabretta gloves from different makes?

 

And come to that, are some of the no-name cabretta gloves you can get online any different than the branded makes, if they are made from the same material and in the same way?

I was surprised by the Under Armour Strikeskin Tour. It's a little on the thicker side but the leather stays soft and supple time after time. Good fit, and great feel.
