I think a SW Is paramount. You will be around the green, and need to score.

 

3w - 7i - SW - putter

 

My 7 is 175for reference on why that. Can hit it and hold a green at 130 maybe and can run up from 115-130, SW from 115 to zero, 3 wood off tee and for par 5 seconds. Anything longer than a 7 can get near the green bunt it up and try to get up and down. SW is elemental, you are basically playing a game of getting up and down for par from inside 100 most of the day.

I think you have a point and this is what I have been considering the last couple days. I thought a PW would be fine for all my chipping and pitching but realistically I might need to make a lot of different shots to get up and down that a PW simply cant make. I don't think I could use my PW out of the sand very well, and anything where I would need to flop a shot over something would be tough too. So I am considering 5 iron, 8 iron, 54, putter...
