I would like to hear the same story.

I owned 2 over the last two months and couldnt stick with one. The ER2 was my preferred...but i hated the feel. The ER5 has a beautiful shape...but also hate the feel. In addition, the gravity grip has to be the worst feeling grip i have ever used. It feels like a block of wood on the end of your putter.

I respect the company but i wont be using one any time soon.

Just picked up an er9 off ebay for cheap this morning, no shaft though, so thinking of dropping in a KBS straight. Will end up getting a single bend sent along with it and experimenting on my er5. Hopefully get it sorted out in next couple weeks..

Yep I tried one out and while I know the “stats” say it’s better I can’t say I holed anything more than normal and the feel was just meh

I can't visualize Guerin Rife saying "a putter that stays online" but Evnroll is like any other club, if it works for you game it, if not game what does. No club matches all golfers. Cheers. :)

Man I really love the look and feel of ER2 but can't consistently start it on line because of my SBST stroke. Ended up sticking with my face balanced center shafted putter.. maybe in another life time :'(

I got an ER2 before and I loved it but returned it back to the store because I was not able to sell my Scotty Cameron Newport for the price I wanted, to be able to pay for full retail for the ER2. Fast forward to two years later, I found a used ER2 for half the price. Pulled the trigger and played with it last weekend. Holy crap I got 6 birdies. lol

What I noticed is that the short putts that I usually miss really did improve, using this putter. I usually am a good lag putter but it's the short putts that I struggle with. My buddies who I play with regularly all have Scotty Camerons and they got beaten badly since we play skins and some side bets. They said they might deem my putter illegal going forward. lol

Picked up the 1.2 a few weeks ago, realized after about 10 minutes on my practice green that I hated the stock grip. Felt super slipper after my hands became slightly moist from being outside. Swapped the grip for a SuperStroke Pistol GT Tour and made a world of difference instantly. (I do not like large putter grips, just feels unnatural, but I digress).

Took a couple of hundred putts to really get the feel down, I definitely feel I need to be a little firmer with putts to get the ball to the hole, however I do have one issue that seems to be bugging me. I have a pretty good read on my home greens and know a lot of the breaks, but I am noticing I am putting the ball through the break at times. Has anyone else noticed this? Or am I reading too much into the groove tech?

Side note, I am loving the feel of this and I don't think it's going anywhere.

feel is different for everyone. i enjoy a super soft feel, love the odyssey wh insert feel, but prefer a bit more feedback from a full ss head. after owning several hunderd flatsticks, i came across an er2.2 and love it. put a pro soft insert in it, and a new gp pro only green star grip and its buttery money. 370g is great for short putts.

True on breaks especially short putts. anything less than 5 ft, I just aim at the hole and release.

Played around with the Outback at GG for a bit today.

The good: very, very stable and easy to line up. I can see it being extremely appealing to the MOI crowd. Felt easy to swing.

The bad: just hideous sounding. Really the worst sounding putter I've ever heard. It makes a loud, tinny clunking sound like a tin can. I tried out a few other Evnroll putters right after to make sure I wasn't hearing things, and I was not. I ever rolled the Odyssey R-Ball, another terrible acoustic putter, and it's night and day with the Outback. Yuck.
