I really like the CP2 Pro for irons. The reduced taper really works for me, and it has a bit more cushioning to help absorb more shock on mishits. For woods I like the MCC+4.

I really like the Golf Pride NDMC grips. The new NDMC Plus 4 grips are also really nice (I use them on my wedges) but not sure about them on all my irons. Seem to be great in all weather conditions too.

I have the plus 4's on my wedges and 3 wood. I absolutely love them on my wedges. Still in test mode on the 3 wood.

Here's what I would say about my requirements

 

- i'd prefer to not go with full cord but hybrid would be ok

- i don't care too much about feedback so that's not really a consideration

- wet weather is not as much as a problem as hot, humid weather is (i try to avoid playing in the rain :) )

- I don't change my grips out very often so i'd prefer something that will last a while

 

I will second several other posters that Crosslines will fit the bill for you well, particularly on durability, but a couple of years ago they made a slight change to the surface pattern that killed it for me personally. I'm very picky when it comes to grips.

 

I'm back to built up Tour Velvets the past couple of seasons and have been very happy. A little build up tape also makes the surface pattern a little more aggressive, which I prefer. They don't last as long as Crosslines, but for me they feel perfect.
