JPX 900F are perfect in many ways. I just finished my first season (well not finished yet) with them and ordered another new set of 5-P yesterday. I will be playing these irons for easily the next 5-6 years.

AP2's! Things are butter!

Add AP1 forged too - they are like butter!

AP1's are a cast club. For me I still love my 2007 Callaway X-Forged. My 1999-2000 Apex Plus are awesome but not real forgiving.

Here you go this is what we can get in Asia. Remember the golfing world is just that the "world" . So what you get in the US doesn't mean i can always get in Asia and vice-versa.

Sweet! My bad. You're right, I don't pay a lot of attention to the Asian market.

Agree with this. The Mizuno JPX 900 Forged are the best irons I've ever owned. Not even close. I've never found a set that felt as good as these, but provided forgiveness and workability in a compact look. I've turned 4-5 other club members onto these after letting them hit mine. Just a fantastic set. My only suggestion, take the time to adjust the lofts to fill the proper gaps.

Callaway Apex or Apex pro. Either the '14 or '16 versions...whatever suits your eye best.

You read everywhere "what suits your eye"...

Am I the only one who thinks "what suits your ear"?

It's the sound and feel that does it for me. Couldn't play M2 or XR irons for that reason - couldn't live with the sound.

+1 to not loving the sound and feel of the callaway xr or cf16.

Great performance, but I much preferred the sound and feel of titleist cbs

I see you have been loving these. Still loving the T7 wedge with these irons?

Yep, second set of those will be ordered here in 4-6 weeks. I was going to do both, but felt the need for a red 7s to play with.

Old or New - I'm using Mizuno MX 23's & honestly they are hard to beat -

Feel wise they are good - I'm sure there is better but the forgiving part of the equation is important

I really don't want anything larger than the 23's .. Feel / sound is very important for me

dull thud / soft marshmallow is my preferred

Mizzy MP53. Ticks all of your boxes.

Diablo Forged. They are extremely forgiving, and I honestly like the look, although it did take a bit of adjustment.

I love my JPX 900 Tours but my previous MP60's are more forgiving.

900 Tours are furthest thing from forgiving

Try the 900 forged if you want forgiveness, looks, and distance.

I love my 900 forged and don't have any complaints. This summer I have seen a ton of these in very good players bags. Mizuno doesn't release sales numbers(I don't think anyway) but I would bet they are doing very well with the new JPX line. I am just curious to see what they do to top these 900 forged next year. I just don' t see much room for improvement.

Probably like most irons, just minor tweaks to maybe squeak out a little extra forgiveness that will be hard to notice anyway. I had the 850 forged and those were great irons also, but the 900 took the few minor things I didn't like with the 850 forged (slightly too big short irons) and fixed it.
