golfWRX is a great place to get the latest real world info about equipment, clothing, accessories, etc. and has better used sales than most if not all stores. Not to mention the conversation can be good for a laugh every now and then.

I enjoy the many equipment reviews. They are so thorough and detailed, better more pertinent info than you can find anywhere. And what other site has the great Tom Wishon as a regular contributor? That's like having Einstein teach your physics class. Love the way he jumps into discussions in the forums.

I have loved golf, reading and talking about golf since I started playing the game in the mid 1980's. Back then all you had were Golf magazine, Golf Digest etc. for your information, and then it was only monthly not instantaneous. With the age of the internet I canceled all my long time subscriptions and started hanging out here and other sites, this one is by far my favorite because it is moderated well, it also has the most passionate and intelligent golfers in the world hanging out and having a good time talking about what they love. It's also the one place that people actually sometimes listen to what I have to say about the game of golf. :)

There have been lots of great people here over the years, some of which I have had great chats with, and some which I have learned a lot from, including people who are insiders to the industry and actual touring pros.

 

Best place in cyberspace by far when it comes to golf. Not just in one genre or in the US, but in the world. Nothing is really close.

Really enjoy Golfwrx because of Greg and his pictures. I'm not sure anyone else has a guy at almost every tour stop taking pics of things that gearheads want to see. Greg has also established solid relationships with several players and caddies allowing him to get information not otherwise available.

I love GolfWRX because there is no other site like it that offers forum discussions, equipment review, classifieds, and golf current events. Love coming to a community of fellow golfers and just straight talk golf. Just became a recent golf player when introduced to the game 3 years ago enjoy it very much. i hope to see this game grow even bigger and with sites like GolfWRX contributing to the game, I think it's possible.
