I still have MacGregor PCB Tour forged irons, 3-PW, they hardly got any use for about 10 years though until this summer

Tourstage z-101's, just can't find anything (yet) that compares to the melty feel of a well struck z. Played Cally Razr x MB's for a couple of seasons, super nice for blades but they're slightly demanding & tougher to play well in general. I'm actually heading in the hopefully more forgiving direction and just picked up some NOS Nike Covert forged irons. Was feeling somewhat verklempt over Nike leaving the party and pressed "buy"... We'll see how that goes.

I still swing a callaway x hybrid, it was given to me a few years back and it's beat to hell and back. But still can't get rid of it

I'll rotate in my BeCu Eye2s - as well as a set of G2s from time to time. Both still great irons that are fun to play -- but I also appreciate the enhanced forgiveness of the newer stuff (G30s, etc.)

I've been playing originial Ping Eye 2's for almost 20 yrs (since I was 16) (3-CuBe SW) and a Eye+ LW, Anser 3 putter, original hoofer bag, Lynx 1 iron. Great Big Bertha Driver was upgraded a few years ago to a Ping G.

 

I have recently been playing more and I have recently upgraded everything.

Those Eye2's are killer irons. I played Karsten II's before them.

My KZG Cavity backs came out around 2000 or so, although mine were built in the past year. Love thes clubs. Very similar in shape to Miura 301's which are my favorite head design. Also have a similar, small Cavity back style on the way, a set of Macgregor VIP CB92's. Gonna shaft those up with some C Taper Lite's. I much prefer classic looking iron heads.

Due to 2nd little one on way moved to these irons this year as i wont play as much during the week and can honestly say i cant see myself moving from them unless something awful happens as there just point and shoot. Driver speaks for itself when Westwood up till last year had it in his bag - thats not to say i may not move to G25,G30 or G but its going to take some moving.

Played eye 2s red dot zz lite for best on 25 years. But sadly the shafts are on the verge of dying, and I actually fancy a change. Spotted some taylormade rac irons, tried them and the felt cracking. So I'm going from 1983 irons to 2004ish irons.....don't think I'll ever buy new

My "garage stable" consists of Eye 2's, 962 B's, R9 TP B's, MS-11's, and now MP-32's.

 

All but the R9's are 10+ years old. I don't have the money or the need for "new" irons.

I play Cleveland CG4's which came out around 2006. I've bought sets of irons since I got the CG4's in 2007 but nothing has made it into my regular bag. I doubt anything will change for 2018. The Action Lite shafts were terrible so I replaced them with a new set (at the time) of Apex 4 pulls. My favorite iron shaft of all time.

Mostly playing Japanese-spec Bridgestone Tourstage MR-23 CBs (diamond pattern) with DG S200 shafts. Date from the early 2000s, I think. Not long, but they feel lovely.

 

I have some really ropey old MacGregor MX-Midsize irons from the late 90s too. Surprisingly pleasant considering.

I switch between Mizuno MX-23s and Ping Eye 2s. Titleist 905r driver and TEE 4 wood. Why fix what isn't broken?

Tried some of the newer stuff but always go back to my Taylormade X300 FCI. I think they're from 2000.

My DBM's aren't 10 years old but the design is. My backup set is Wilson Pi5's and they're about a 11 year old design.
