Most birdies you have made without breaking par?

6. My previous record was 5. Shot a smooth 86, it was basically birdies pars and doubles or triples. I don't think I had a single bogie.

commented that I must be playing too much golf and not working but my Boss just laughed and said great round.

In a qualifier for MN's amateur match play on Monday, had 6 birds and an eagle - and 2 triples and a double, and shot 76 :vava: Then lost in a playoff for one of the spots :swoon2:

This sounds made up but I swear it’s not. The most birdies I have ever made in a round is 5 and I shot 87.

 

I’ve also shot 71 with no birdies!

2 birdies is my max in a round and I shot an 84. This happened last friday and was my best round ever. It's only my 2nd year of solid golf (play 10 rounds in 10 years prior to this probably)

 

My goal for the season is to end it with my scoring average below 90 so hopefully the 84 wasn't too much of an anomoly

Three times this year I have had 4 birdies in a round and not broken par. Two rounds I shot even and one I was 2 over.

I had 3 birdies in a 9 hole round last summer and still shot 1 over 37. I had never played the course before, or since.

Way back when I was young, flexible, had hair, right out of high school I played on a junior college team. May be the same now but format was 6 players to a team and the worst score was tossed. Anyway, during a tournament I had my first and only hole in one and eagled 2 par 5's. I think I shot around 77 which tossed my score out as my team mates all beat me. Funny game.

After I had just gotten my game to where I could consistently break 90, I had a round with my only double eagle, a hole out eagle on a bladed full 60° wedge and 3 birdies for what at the time was a personal best 82.

Yesterday I made 6 birdies, 2 Doubles and 2 Bogeys to shoot even par. Bogey on 18 prevented me from my first under par round in 20 years LOL.
