All I have bought this year is a dozen Pro V1s.

 

After spending thousands of dollars my first two winters on this site I realized that my equipment wasn't the problem.

And that does it...at least until after my knee surgery recovery, then I might seriously entertain a 917 D3, or a Srixon Z765 Driver in addition to either a Titleist 718 T-MB 3 iron or a Srixon Z U65 3 iron to give me a slightly more forgiving and versatile 3 iron option.

Other than a few gloves, nothing so far this year. I did upgrade my irons last summer though. May look to upgrade to the new Ping G400 driver after I get a chance to try it (really looks good), we'll see. Spent the winter and spring taking lessons and practicing more as I needed that more than clubs.

I had a set of Ping G5 irons purchased in 20007. It was time to upgrade the sticks and boy, never owning a Mizuno iron product, I am thoroughly impressed with the 900's! It took a bit getting used to, as I was a digger with the Pings. I have shallowed out my swing now and am hitting them flush! I just added the blue, white & black bag to augment the blue from the 900 irons. I'm stoked to get out this Friday on the course with the combo.

 

I will say, buying golf stuff may not always make us better players but it sure as hell feeds the inner golf soul, don't it? lol

I've bought some other stuff too, a G30 driver head, a Cally hybrid that I played one round with (I mainly bought it for the shaft), a few other putters, but I can honestly say that my current bag is the best one I've ever put together. I'm as much of a ho as anyone here but I have literally no reason to shop for anything else at this point.
