As one of the previous winners of this device I can say it does as advertised.

Honestly at first I didn't think much of it but after using it more often it has changed something with my swing in a good way.

Wishing I had taken before and after video.

 

If you are on the fence I say go for it. Worst case scenario you have a device you can use to maintain flexibility during times when you cant get out to play.

Some of us call that winter.

Without offending anyone, are these aimed at more middle aged/older golfers, or can younger fellows use it to?

 

I'm 26, go the gym regularly and do yoga once a week, is it worth me trying one of these?

Anyone can benefit from flexiblity, whether its 1% or more. I'm 27 and I'm less flexible/powerful than many of the middle age golfers you are referring to lol. It has nothing to do with age bud. Yoga once a week is no big deal either. Its a useful tool to add to the arsenal. Sorry but I would think its obvious that this device isn't age related but performance related.
