I played with a gentleman yesterday who had more carabiners attached to his belt loops than a mountaineer. He had one for his range finder, another for a towel, another for his scorecard holder, one for his brush, and one more I wasn't quite sure about. It didn't bother me. He also wore a white belt, and braces, as well as knee high socks.

 

That was me! I usually climb a mountain after I hit up the bar at the 19th hole.

32 yo, 4 hdcp, wears a towel on belt loop. Doesn't care what you think. Let's play a round together, and I'm sure you do something that annoys me, but I doubt I take the time to whine to an online golf community about it.

But f'real, I've been using the Spotless Swing towel for years now. It's terry towel outside with a section of velcro-type fabric on the inside that cleans irons/grooves without scratching. Dry upper for the hands. It works great for ~$20. I wipe my clubs with it after every shot and bring it to the green to clean my ball. I really just laugh at buds whom never clean their clubs or balls. They're just oblivious I guess.

As long as the towel matches the color of the belt and the socks and goes well with the outfit. Please don't judge.
