Anyone looking to improve their fitness or gain strength or lose weight?

I have started exercising almost daily through online fitness programs and have noticed a huge change in my golf game and overall endurance. The exercises are not golf specific but help out with flexibility, core strength, endurance, etc. I have lost a few pounds and am back to my pre-baby weight and have gained so much strength all over. I got out for a couple of rounds recently and both were amazing. My driving distance was up almost 40yards over last summer. I was able to use my new leg strength to power through the ball. My balance is so much better now too which is giving me more shots in the centre of the club face.

 

I have gotten such great results that I want to help other female golfers do the same. If there are any other lady golfers looking to lose weight, or gain strength, or just feel better in their golf clothes, please let me know. I have a group starting up soon that I'm super excited about. You will get so much support from other women and I will help coach you along the way with fitness and nutrition all from the comfort of your own home!
