Anyone who has played there in the past can you share any playing tips for this course? Also if you have stayed at this hotel are the greens fees discounted or are they at the posted rate?

One of my favorite places! Course is usually in excellent shape, and is pretty tough course. The 8th and 9th hole are really tough. Don't leave any food in the cart the Cottis will have it in a split second. In terms of rate I believe we were paying $45 and we got 2 or 3 rounds for free (per se), I'm sure its in the weekly rate we paid at the Grand.

I just played it 01/02/2019 - best course out of the three we played - we didn't stay at the hotel and payed about $200 for golf and all food/drinks

Perhaps the most fun course I've ever played. PB Dye, you are the man. After playing this course others seem so boring. I've been fortunate enough to have played some really nice courses but despite the big names they aren't this fun or architecturally interesting. I also played el Cameleon at Mayakoba and while it was a really nice course it wasn't as fun as Playa Paraiso...and el Cameleon was $70 more expensive.
