Everyone's favorite 80 gram fairyway shaft?

I got on board the lighter shaft trend and have found its not working for me. I'm moving back to 125 gram iron shafts and 70g driver shafts and 90 gram hybrid shafts. Just wondering what everyone's favorite 80 gram fairway shaft is so I can get some ideas. For reference my favorite driver shaft is the Matrix F7M2.

I tried the 8m2 with high hopes and felt it was nothing like the F7. Very stiff and no feel. I guess everyone is different

I can honestly say I have never seen a diamana thump in the wild. I checked ebay and there are really few there as well. Was this a niche shaft never really offered to the public?

I'm still playing one in my hybrid but I have never seen one either. I think their Diamana Lines kind of occupy the same area but are way more well known.

 

As far as OP goes, Kai'li is an excellent shaft, easy to launch but doesn't overspin.

If I could find an un used GD Purple Ice I probably wouldn't have posted this thread. I had that in a steelhead 3+ that I loved. I could never find them again. I thought about the Code 8 but tough to find that one as well. You have any thought on it?

Used to be a Fujikura guy (Speeder 869 8.2. / Atmos)

 

Just recently went to the KK XT 80 (same as my driver shaft but 10 g heavier).

 

It is so smooth yet so stable. Keeps spin right where it needs to be. Performance is unparalleled - for me.

Technically it's 79g, but the Oban Kiyoshi Tour Limited has been in my bag for both the 3w and 5w since we were able to create an account with Oban!

 

Perfect 3w/5w shaft, with the Oban Revenge being a close 2nd.
