They really have an eye for blades. That looks incredible. The overall thickness of the muscle and the way it gets larger toward the toe is very similar to Tiger's irons, the popular VR Pros, VR TW forged, etc. I actually think the thickness of the muscle pushes the COG very slightly backward. They have a pretty high MOI for a blade. The COG is also just very slightly farther from the heel than most blades. There's a reason so many professionals held on to these iron sets long after Nike Golf had closed.

I was tempted to wait for the blades but went Blueprints. I am very glad I did from performance point. 5 Artisan clubs in my bag is enough!

I think the cavity-back looks awesome. Appears very forgiving and the line going across matches the blades. Two-tone finish is cool. I don't understand why you're saying it's not up to their standards.

Per Mike this morning, They have a few cavities in the shop now that they are happy with. Won’t look like these.

Stumbled upon this...it is in Japanese, you can change the quality to "hd"

 

its 8:23 of a guy hitting the various artisan irons (3 different models)

These are so nice, the irons are so clean looking. They’re exactly what I’m looking for haha! How can I get a set and can someone shed some light on ballpark pricing per head 🙂

Hit some yesterday with Mike. Think they are final product. Blade and split cavity. Both are great. Slightly more camber to the sole than old Nike stuff. Super clean. Great trajectory control. Very soft forgings that feel great. You guys are gonna love these

 

side note. Be on the look out for some more artisan wedges appearing on tour fairly soon in some new bags.

I was all set to get some NCW irons built, until I got an email back stating they will not have any lefty irons for the foreseeable future.

 

Hopefully one of the Artisan models will be available for lefty.

145. I have no interest in the irons though. I just got blueprints a couple months ago. 

 

I want a pure links 60* this year(having said that I think my current one would be fine) and if my dad can actually get to Texas from Scotland in the next few months, going to treat him to wedges.

Last I heard they will likely roll out to current customers first for the ‘stock’ heads, but if you want MT to hand grind it’s going to be $$$ and not sure on wait time/rollout. They were still having head supply issues when I was there so still a lot of unknowns.
