Cut Golf balls

I had the complete opposite experience... Ordered 3 dozen yesterday, shipped same day and just went to look at the tracking number and it appears that they will be delivered tomorrow (Saturday). Shipping from CA to WI and I will received the balls within 48 hours of being ordered. Extremely happy with those results. Also I should be able to now get a round in with these balls before my golf trip next weekend.

This is my experience as well. I've ordered 3x now and from CA to MI its taken 3 days from order to my door. Happy with that.

You guys rubbing salt to my wound! Lol

Seriously then why only my order got delayed?

I guess I was unlucky one. It was my first order tho! You know when you are so eager to try new stuff and you think it's coming in xx days and you find out it's delayed.. hate that feeling!!

I'm not that pissed off tho. Have tons of other balls.

Well you also ordered just after a holiday.......perhaps they had orders over the weekend to process before they got to any ordered on the day you ordered.

Placed order on 29th, got shipping notification email in 6hrs. :D But it didn't ship until Today!! :angry22: :angry22: :angry22: now it's arriving Saturday and gonna miss my weekend rounds. Even though the office is only 30 minutes away from my house I have to wait 4 days to get it . Not pleased. :P

We're sorry about this experience. We pride ourselves in getting golf balls delivered very quickly. I sent you a DM, so please follow up so that we can look into this delay.

Someone on here was nice enough to put 3 of the 4 Piece Urethane ball in a box with a driver I bought on BST.

Played in scrambles the last two weeks, so I haven't hit one off the tee get.

Nice high ball flight with short irons. One hop and stop all day.

Really liked the feel and spin around the green. Won me some money in a chipping contest at the turn. 25 yard shot into a small practice green that angled away from you. I stuck all 3. Saw several people playing the big brand Tour balls not stick.

Will be ordering some the next time I need balls.

Any plans for a matte urethane ball?

No immediate plans.

I've played them before when I find them and was pleasantly surprised ! Performed just like all other tour level balls! Loved it! gotta save my pocket change so I can buy some new ones so I don't have to scavenge the rattle snake infested bushes ! nice ball!

Please don't get bit by a snake! Our golf balls are cheap enough so that you don't have to risk a hospital trip to find it in the wilderness. :D

Holy f.

Just finished 9 holes and that 4 piece ball will be my go to once I deplete my stash of K-Sigs. It came off the driver so perfectly for me and the spin with the irons was right where I like it. Overall feel is great, it’s like hitting a marshmallow. I’ll definitely be ordering a dozen. Can’t wait to go out and try the 3 piece this week.

Glad you enjoyed them! Let us know what you think of the Cut Grey 3 piece golf balls. They're going to be slightly softer than the Blues that you just played and called a marshmallow haha :D

Blue doesn't feel like a marshmallow to me, I find that to be an odd observation. It's not noticeably softer than other urethane balls.

I'm playing around more with my Cut and Vice sample packs before deciding on the ball for the year.

Have you tried the Greys yet? They'll be a softer feeling ball compared to the Blues.

I'm not terrible worried about choosing a "soft" ball necessarily, both models feel fine IMO. They're not overly firm either, but I found the marshmallow comment weird as they're not noticeably softer than most urethane golf balls.

Obviously, this is just my opinion on other balls I've tried.

It could have been I just had a great ball striking round. It was also only 7 holes. I’m gonna put them through the ringer the next couple weeks. But everything so far has me loving it.

I slight suggestion to the folks at Cut - it’s very hard to tell which ball is which just by looking at it. Took me 10 minutes to realize you have to look at the side stamp to see which ball it is and the print is a bit small for my eyes

Thank you for the feedback. We are working on making the golf balls more discernible by easily just looking at them.

Not a great sample size, but got to play the the cut blue tonight over 9 holes, switching back and forth with a ProV1. Not a great ball striking day and winds were up so hard to compare. I couldn't tell a difference between the two balls which is a good sign. Feel off wedges and putter was good. Not soft, not hard. Spin was what you expected from a urethane 4-piece ball. No distance concerns. Good flight with irons. So far so good. Hope to get 18 in Friday for some more testing and then should be comfortable with the ball for my outing starting Sunday.

Hi All!

I've been reading this forum for a week or so now, and I finally decided to join. I'm a high-handicap (~20) and high swing speed (definitely >110) weekend warrior, and I'm looking for a ball that suits me without spending too much. I'm also drawn to industry disruptors taking on the big boys. I see you, Cut.

It seems the 4-piece, 90 compression Blue will handle swing quite nicely, but I'd love a recommendation. I tend to lose balls, so the price point of the White is also appealing, but I understand those are being discontinued. I'm also not a big fan of matte finish. Long story short, I have a trial Urethane Pack and a trial 3-Piece Pack coming my way so I can test the Blue, Grey, and White.

Anybody else out there in a similar situation who can weigh in on their Cut preference?

Thanks,

Mike

Try the grey or the 2 piece option
