Guys, since the Facebook page is hit/miss, I was wondering what everyone thought of the Recommend me/help me find subforum right above this forum Deal or No Deal. It would be a place where we can list our sizes, help us find such and such, etc. Would that be allowed? Or is even listing our finds there against the rules as well? After all we are just posting what we need help in finding or helping other Wrx'rs find what they're looking for.

 

I don't know the rules exactly but thought that MAYBE it would be ok to do that there since it seems to be the appropriate forum. Am I way off on this? Or fairly close???? Thoughts everyone and chime in!

I was in the St. Louis Park location Friday and saw 2 pairs. One was a size 13 and the other I think a 9.

I was wondering if they made it to knoxville yet since u haven't been able to make it up there yet.

 

Knoxville location has a flipper at work so nothing for the rest of us. Almost every pair of Nike had one shoe turned up to check to see if they were golf spikes. I'm not there often enough to check, but maybe I'll get lucky and stumble into them stocking one day.

I'm going to give you the exact words from GolfWRX management concerning a swap/trade or allowing us to do anything with these Burlington/Ross finds.... in short not gonna happen. Talk, share pics of what and where, but that's it and the line.

 

There is no way to moderate swaps in an equitable manner and so we will not be allowing that type of activity at this time.

Got them home and tried them on only to realize they were women’s...figures I’d finally find the one pair that looked identical in men’s/women’s and fell for it. We’re not all women’s shoe experts like you, Al Bundy. I didn’t try them on until I got home and grabbed them quick out of excitement for finally finding a pair. So no, I’m not ashamed in the least for not noticing the difference.

Been to 8 Chicagoland store and only spotted shoes at about 4 of them and never more then just a pair or two. The two stores I go to most frequently haven’t been getting shoes. 2 at one store and a total of 3 at another. I don’t think I’m dealing with flippers cos the shoes been sitting for a while and a tw pair was there for a few days.

Same. I think I've seen 2 pairs of Rivals and 2 pairs of Explorers. The Rivals blended in a bit as one was black and white, so I could understand somebody overlooking them, but the Explorers cannot be missed due to the color. From what I remember it took a little while longer for them to hit here last year.

A half size BIG? I've tried on both TW71 and TW17 and it was one of the first time ever with a pair of Nike's that I would definitely have to go UP a half size.
