How do the TWs fit?

 

great! i like that they dont have laces, they ran a half size big for me

 

A half size BIG? I've tried on both TW71 and TW17 and it was one of the first time ever with a pair of Nike's that I would definitely have to go UP a half size.

 

Glad to hear. I wear a 9.5 wide in all nike shoes. Ended up getting a pair of TW71 in size 10 wide. We'll see how they fit. It may have felt that way because of how narrow they are?

Found Pure Platinum FI Bermudas size 12. Still nothing size 13/14..... Have these in gray/pink and they are a great dry summer shoe. Super comfortable!!

Finally found some at the BCF near my work. How does one get onto the Facebook group? Chukkas are 10.5 and lunars are 10. Might be a little too loud for me but since they were the first I’ve seen and luckily in my size I got them and will decide later.

Those flyknit elites are some of the favorite I own. You should try em out before you consider getting rid of em.

the only golf stuff I ever see at my local ross/tjmax/marshalls/bcf are golf polos and belts... sometimes a jacket or a pair of pants. I have yet to see any type of specialized athletic shoes outside of football, track, or baseball cleats

There are 6 or 7 Ross stores within 45 mins of me and they all are overflowing with large and extra large shirts. I'm assuming it's a similar situation across the country, as Nike Golf is part of their spring roll-out.

Seen them at my local Ross which is a block away. All the shirts I saw were either L or 2XL though.

I went to my local Burlington store last night after going on Saturday. They had a bunch of shirts that weren't there last weekend. Some of the solid polos, striped, aeroreact blade collar shirts. They were between $22 and $30. I saw a TW pullover for $35 also. No shoes though.

This is the first I have seen. On my lunch break, I passed on anything but caved-in, after work. I picked up a clearance Callaway shirt for $15 and a Nike AeroReact Blade Polo for $30. Not sure that I'll keep either, however.

I've been hitting up the Blaine store, daily over my lunch break (it is less than a mile from my work) and have never seen a shoe. They've had cheap "off brand" shirts but not the 12 different Nike styles they had today.

Was able to work out a purchase through the FB group. Thanks bamaslammer!

 

Strangely, I was able to sell my used grey TW15s on eBay for $50 and my backup pair for $150 so it worked out.

 

Got the TW71s. Was never feeling them but got a half size larger and a wide and I really like them! Biggest surprise for me. I also like the classic look. Now to just find some wide LCVs!

Knoxville location has a flipper at work so nothing for the rest of us. Almost every pair of Nike had one shoe turned up to check to see if they were golf spikes. I'm not there often enough to check, but maybe I'll get lucky and stumble into them stocking one day.

 

Myself and Matt_thatsme check the Knoxville store pretty regularly as well. We haven't seen anything yet. Seemed like our store got them late last time though.

 

Dropped by the Knoxville BCF today. Still no shoes, but they had plenty of Nike polos. Sizes S - XL. Prices $21-$30. Several Aeroreact slim.

Even less shoes today than there was last week. But, there were some polos. Only a few in size large though. No solid colors. Picked up a couple though for less than $50. Not too terrible.

 

No shorts. But, there was one pair of pants, they were two inches too short unfortunately.

I decided to run over to TJMaxx after my BCF trip. Man, it's polos galore. Tons of Under Armour, some Nike, and some Callaway. They had one RLX shirt that was too small for me. All between $20-$30.

 

I ended up snagging one more Nike polo there. Solid gray with a different fit. Typically size large will be way too baggy for me and medium will be too short. Hard to find athletic fitting shirts locally. This one is a medium, but is actually long enough to not come untucked.

 

It doesn't have a normal tag. Just a white tag that says Custom Athlete.
