Recoil 780 F4 shaft

Without filtering through umpteem threads, anyone have a measurement for tip to graphics of UST Recoil 780 F4 Parallel shaft? Looking for uncut tip to the F4 graphic please. I've got a set and I don't know if half are soft stepped and rest normal or half hard stepped and rest normal.

Got an email in with UST. Sort of become a moot point as I will return the clubs. eBay purchase that has gone south. Talked to the original owner (left the ident. shaft bands on them) and he thinks they made the long irons softer which is in line with what I'm feeling. Plus the logo's are 1" off from the short irons.
