With the decent (relatively speaking) forecast next week, Wolf Creek announced a delay in closing the Old Course. It will be open all next week with tee times starting at noon Mon-Fri, noon shotgun on Sat & Sun (Oct 20 & 21).

Inglewood opening back up Monday for the week. I imagine all the Play Golf Calgary owned clubs will be as well. They like to stay open as long as possible.

After playing yesterday for the first time since August 13th (Kananaskis, before that it was June 19th), I've booked into the Speargrass shotgun tomorrow (11:30). Feels good to swing the clubs again.

Played the beast 3.0 tourny at silverwing on Sunday. It was fun. Finished 8th. Lots of teams didn’t finish before dark. We sat In the clubhouse for 2 hours while ppl were finishing.

Hit up the golf town demo sale before the round and snagged a set of MINT p730’s for $700. Love them!

 

Oh and boulder creek is $80 on the weekend in November? What a rip off...

ya just a sour taste. I wont pay that much for crap season golf. I did not play this weekend as a result of insane pricing. But hey if you are the only game in town, people will pay it.
