It doesn't bother me all that much. When I was in USMC bootcamp, the drill instructors used the "f" word as a verb, adjective, article, preposition, past participle, etc. lol

It is just a word. Why get so offended over a word, unless it was toward you? I use all the cuss words and sometimes all on the same hole if I am playing that bad. If I am playing with a kid then I will do my best to watch my mouth?

Yelling F bombs from a half drunk, word slurring bore if far from intelligent. I'm not talking about an occasional bomber. I'm talking about every other word in just about every sentence. Especially when playing with strangers on a course surrounded by homes with families. Have a little respect to yourself and the people around you. And don't give me that "well the home owners knew what they were getting into when they bought a house on a golf course". Nonsense. I bet you like people stopping to pee in your yard also.

 

Once when I was a young man, my car broke down in front of someones home. I went home for tools and came back to bring some life into the vehicle. While working on the car I was tossing F bombs and cussing like a sailor. The home owner came out and we had a discussion about my language. Mostly cured me of ill mannered ways when among people unknown to me.

I hear worse things out of my high school students. The final time I was surprised by anything like that was hearing a 12 year old girl call her teacher an old c***. The other girls in class gasped so hard it created a vacuum in the room that closed the classroom door.
