Ollie Neglerio, Taylormade's content creator had a post on his instagram (great follow if you don't follow already) of a potential Spider for TW.

 

In the comment section of the post he answers question about TW's putters. TW is using the standard Aluminum insert.

 

Tmade gave him two options insert wise; one being surlyn or aluminum and he went with aluminum.

 

Only difference from stock model head wise is the neck (closer to the 8802 neck) and the weights. Another notable difference is the shaft, same putter shaft he has always used.

 

Also, the blacked out Pingman grip.

 

This guy is one of the best to follow. I about died when I seen the Spider with the TW on the bottom of it.

TW's neck looks like it would be slightly less toe hang than the standard flow neck. It also just looks better to my eye.

7.5 x 2 = 15

I'd just settle for his hat around the right way.

There's a big difference between a 42 year old who is one of the best athletes of all time and sponsored by Nike and a 42 year old who isn't any of those things.

 

I've been using an Ardmore 3 since December and love it. I immediately sent it to Continental and had it painted black, so it's basically the same putter but with a black insert instead of red. It has 40* of toe hang, so coming from a blade it really wasn't that hard to get used to.

100% this. Tiger has always struggles on slower greens that I remember.

 

He was just off this week with his putter. No worries. I think he spent a ton of time working on the long game before this week and it showed.

I just think he wasn't reading them well or trusting what he saw...for whatever reason. They were running pretty decent by Sunday. Ball looked to start on his line, it just wasn't the right one. It wasn't a putter issue, it was a reading issue. Oddly enough, it looked they were bent and poa so...no grain really.

After a firing a 63 in the final round of a major (and holing some big putts) I don't think this potter is going anywhere, yet. I think after Saturday he sorta figured "this isn't my week on the greens." I think he'll go into this week hungry and will completely forget it. A3 in hand....
