I got a Slighter Tacoma custom made back in the early 90’s, liked some parts of my Scotty at the time (pro platinum mid slant), but wanted to go shorter and heavier). I got Tom to copy many of the dimensions, sent him a sketch old skool style and it came back perfect.

I’ve cut it down a bit, strip of lead tape and a new shaft, but it’s been in the bag for 15+ years.

Despite the odd stint getting swapped for a heavily weighted 2-ball in the winter, it never leaves the bag.

I got my name stamped on the bumpers so that I could never sell it - it worked!?

Scotty ;-)

@BForrester, I kind of get your point, but the putter is my most used club in my bag so it has to be right. I went through a major ho’ing phase in my younger years, probably tried and flipped a driver per week via ebay, putters were not far behind, so for me, it’s the most important club - hence my post.

Re the other 13.....

We’re all chasing that elusive holy grail driver that’s long but consistently straight, FW’s - forget about them!!!

Wedges don’t last long, but I think irons can be pretty stable once fitted and dialled in for distances.

I’ve not had many sets and gamed TM 300 forged for about 6 years (3 different types of shaft, but that doesn’t count right??)

915h 2 hybrid going on 4 yrs now. It is the one club I do not think I will replace. Beginning of last year replaced my Bettinardi BC6 that was in the back since they were released but it's run was over.

Yes! Tracy putter, 2008. And she's not leaving anytime soon.

Love this putter! I've had one since it came out. Currently using a Scotty, but my Yes! always finds a way to creep back into the bag. Longest serving club that has never been replaced is definitely my 3w. R7 TP with the Fujikura Rombax shaft. I've had it since it came out and nothing has been able to knock it out yet.

My Betti BB1 circa '92 is my oldest club. But I will admit that for a short time it was sitting forlornly in the corner of my den while I had a fling with a couple of Scottys.

She's back in the bag now though, and all is good. :)

Titleist 915Fd 13.5

OG UDI. The badge fell off, so I had to slap some lead tape on the back so it still looked presentable. My most trusted tee club. Ever.
