Fragile Hzrdus shafts

Has anyone found Hzrdus shafts more fragile than others?

 

I just snapped my third one.

 

That makes one of each colour.

 

None of them have been damaged from a regular swing, and two had incidents off the course.

 

But (aside from a Matrix Altus that splintered after 10 years) I’ve had no issues with any other shafts that I have treated just as cavalierly.

the fact that your incidents have happened course means something else is the reason --

I've never cracked a shaft in my life until this year. I've cracked two Yellows. One Handcrafted and one regular.

 

I don't care if I crack 100, I'll keep buying 'em if I keep hitting the fairway like I have been.

Sounds like u should reach out to Px instead. No issues with my 2 and theyre used often.

I broke two hzrdus yellows but really think it was a taylormade tips and not the shafts my buddy has broke a few shafts as well all w taylormade tips, but havent broke one since switching back to ping

The Hzrdus yellow has had major problems with breaking, especially the early versions that were painted 100% yellow. It was a problem with production and I believe Projext X will replace them if they break.

Sadly I do. Id literally break into pieces if I tried that, leaving playing partners a difficult (?) decision...put me back together or play on!

You & Me both, My bout with Lofgren's Syndrome a few years back ruined any hope of a +105 SS. I still have terrible arthritis in my wrists & shoulders along with issues with my L5 and C4.

^^^^Damn man, sorry to hear about that syndrome. Really stinks. I hit it as far as I do and play it from there. Im not short, but nobody will mistake me for a shaft-snapping gorilla either. Its all good. Take care of yourself!
