I didn't know you could even get that message. I guess i am too consistent. It can be a real nuissance

Last weekend I was on a short par 4 finishing hole, 359 yards with a slight dog leg. No real trouble and wind at my back. I was a bit miffed I had just doubled the previous par 5 so I decided to pull big dog and hope for an easy pitch to the green. I wanted to start it over the bunker at the kink in the dog leg and just go straight for the green. I stepped up and nuked a penetrating fade. Expecting to be in the right rough, I didnt see my ball, walked up more and realized it maybe 2 yards from neing pin high on the right side of the green on a small mound between the green and greenside bunker. Longest drive on a flat hole I've ever hit, I told my playing partners I must have hit a sprinkler head. The pin was on the first tier with a decent slope to the second tier. Unfortunately I followed that drive up with an atrocious chip that I pushed too far up the hill and rolled out to almost 20ft. All my player partners who hard harder/longer 2nd shots were inside of me. 3rd or 4th time that round I nuked a drive only to hit a terrible 2nd shot, sometimes with wedge in hand (pulled a pitching wedge 30yrds into a hazard on the 8th hole, had 6i in on a short par 5 and pushed it into a hazard on the right when my miss is normally to the left)

 

Luckily I drained the big down hill slider.

I drove a par 4 yesterday in a scramble - only about 260 front and 285 flag, so not GolfWRX long by any means. However it was carry over water most of the way and left was OB and right would've caught water as well, so I was pretty happy to thread one in there.

Lately i've been finding it annoying to clean my clubs so often , i go to an indoor dome and the balls are very dirty. Since i hit the same spot on the clubface basically every time, the dirt builds up very quickly and thickly . So i end up having to scrub the middle of the clubface very hard after each session

 

Does anyone else have this problem?

Err, I kind of knew that, but my passive brag was that I didn't because I am playing golf (2 rounds so far this year).

I have a similar problem.....the range balls my club uses leave that plastic residue on the clubface, especially on short irons. I caught one a little off the toe the other day and I no longer have a perfect, nickel-sized mass of residue built up on my 9-iron....super annoying.

Nope. Not in the least.  And even though I was the only person who tried out for the golf team, I couldn't make that, either.
