My brother and I have both recently done a fitting with him. I thought the fitting experience was a good one, but the ordering process kind of soured the experience for me. He’s very hard to get a hold of and does not communicate properly. I was really frustrated with him after a few months of nothing heard and no replies to my messages regarding my order. I basically had to spam call him to finally get him on the phone. 
 

My recommendation would be to schedule a fitting and order elsewhere.

Yeah. That’s what I’ve heard too. Get the specs and go elsewhere. It’s hard when he’s the only one at the store.

Yeah that’s what I tell people. But I don’t accept poor customer service. If you’re so inundated with fittings and orders then time to hire someone else or slow down to ensure the customers who’ve paid get taken care of properly. His shop looks like a tornado came through it with equipment everywhere.

Does anyone know what time the MCG courses open their tee times online for the next week? I'm able to get out around 3pm during the week and it seems that the two courses by my house are always filled.

I believe 9pm seven days before.

Thank you! It's crazy I don't play the mcg courses ever but the weekends sell out instantly next Sunday already booked to 4pm.

For 1 or 2 people, it's not usually a problem to find something and plenty of people book then cancel later. Just keep checking. 

 

Fall is tough though less light and the same or more golfers.

Yeah. I've been playing blue mash mostly but looking to switch it up. Never have a problem getting out at blue mash.

Yeah. You can reserve i believe 3 weeks out there. Try the courses up 270 if you’re looking for new places. Worthington manor, MD national, PB dye, musket ridge.

Yeah I can get to Blue Mash in 15-20 mins after work and I'm off around 215-230 usually so looking to stay close with the sun setting sooner now. 
 

ive only heard good things about those courses. Thanks for recommendations.

For anybody looking for a fall road trip with golf thrown in,  highly recommend the Bedford area again. The Elks Lodge course adjacent to the Bedford resort is a cheap 9 hole course with some great foliage and views.

The Resort Old Course is $79 after Monday if you don’t mind aerated greens and for the rest of the off season.

Love fall golf before the leaves invade the course!

I'll be there for Thanksgiving, probably a week with a few buddies before, and then a week with my wife through the holiday.  I was there for 3 weeks this past Thanksgiving, attending the USGA Rules Workshop in early December, at least until the lights went out.
