Zero Friction Compression Glove.

 

Never stretches as it is a universal size glove. Last a long time and are about $13. Really fits snug on your hand regardless of general glove size.

Vice gloves are by far the best I have tried. How can anyone buying 15 MGs at a time say anything good about durability??? I bought 3 Vice gloves this spring. ~40 rounds and 2/3 range days a week all summer and I’m still playing the first glove. No holes yet but a little wear. Stitching all still good. Soft leather. Consistent sizing, stitching and finger widths. Nothing better imo...

 

I don't live in the PNW. I live at 7* North of the equator, middle of the Pacific. 86* F every day day with high humidity. My golf locker is literally less than 50 yards from the ocean, so it's always moist. Plus it's not quick or cheap to ship anything here, so 15 at a time!

 

If anything, due to my remoteness durability is extremely important, which is further compounded by the fact that I don't use a glove once it develops any roughness, long before any holes develop.

my local Edwin Watts sells the Titleist factory seconds (which are the players glove) for $9.99/each. sometimes have a sale @ 2/$15. been buying them for years now - haven't paid full price for a glove.

Currently using the discontinued FootJoy Sciflex from a few years ago. PGA Superstore had my size/hand on sale for $5 each earlier this year and I bought a dozen or so of them. They do not last as long as many other gloves (I get like half of the life I'd get out of a Weathersof) but I like the feel and grip.

FJ Puretouch Limited...I can pick them up for $18 at my friends cc (everything, including Scotty putters, is 30% off minimum)...hands down the most comfortable, soft glove out there...best stitching too.

 

It costs me an extra buck a round, tops, over a cheaper glove. Well worth it IMHO. Just like getting a nice case for your $1000 cellphone rather than a cheap $5 one.

I bought some Wilson gloves on a whim (buy 1 get 1 and I was being cheap) and new or not I am about to pitch them due to the way they bunch around the grip and club. I have personally never experienced this before, but I have always used Footjoy WeatherSof gloves.

 

This led me to wonder, especially given the reviews on Not allowed because of spam with Mizuno gloves measuring as their best glove, what is your glove of choice?

 

FootJoy rain glove. Hold up forever, doesn't change in performance based on conditions, and breathable/comfortable.

Popping in to say probably have to try the vice pure now that it's finally in stock but I've been really enjoying the UA Spieth glove, good fit, nicely fitted fingers and I've gotten crazy durability out of them. I was shocked and surprised especially next to a titleist players (which it seems really similar to)

 

Out of the Ping gloves for now, they're a little thick and for my hand at least the fingers were not consistent, often way too long, especially in the thumb. And that's a killer for me in a glove, hate extra material past the end of the fingers.

Right on! By far the best glove going!wish I could get that deal though. I’ll happily pay $30 for a soft glove that actually fits my hand though.

I go back and forth between the Titleist Players and the Titleist PermaSoft. I love the feel of both, and find I cant use a glove that stretches / has stretch material anywhere around the thumb area. These two gloves are perfect fit for my hands. I've heard good things about the MG Gloves... been meaning to order a couple to try.

They're as good as anything I've used. I'm a big fan of the Callaway gloves without considering the price. Throw in the price and wow.

I don’t know what it is but I found a Black FJ glove in my pro shop and it’s lasted way longer than any other glove I’ve tried. Almost like treating it for color made it tougher and less likely to rip. Going to try and find a bunch more of them.

Hirzl Trust Control. I sweat a lot during the summer and used to have to wear rain gloves to keep the club in my hands. These are kangaroo leather and don't slip even when they get wet. They are also super durable. I do keep a right hand glove (same model) in the bag for the super humid days but I will be using these for as long as i can find them.
