Stock shafts are Project X Evenflow white, Project X HZDRUS Smoke, and Tensei Blue AV. I haven't hit any of these, so I can't give any feed back on feel. My guess is Evenflow White is the lower launch lower spin shaft, HZDRUS Smoke is mid mid and Tensei AV Blue might be the highest launch and spin of the 3.

Swung both the Evenflow White and the HZRDUS Smoke.

The Even flow is very very smooth, and it felt very 'one-piece'-ish (if that makes sense). I never really felt a distinct kick point. It felt great in the drivers, think this shaft in a fairway wood would be awesome.

HZRDUS Smoke was perfect for me. I was fit into the HZRDUS black awhile ago, so I instantly thought the Smoke in a TS3 head would work well for me. I'm almost positive that I will be ordering a TS3 9.5 with a HZRDUS Smoke as soon as it is avaliable. The Smoke is a smoother HZRDUS Black with more of a balanced feel.

The numbers between the Evenflow and the HZRDUS were pretty similar, with the Evenflow spinning slightly less than the HZRDUS.

How did the HZRDUS compare to the KKDC 60TX you're currently playing (according to your sig). I also play the KKDC and love it.

I ordered my TS3 with the Evenflow white 6.0 60g... the only other shaft I tried was the Smoke in a 6.5 flex which is a little much for me, but still, it felt pretty nice. The white in the 6.0 just felt so good to me and was giving me tight dispersion, plus better numbers than the stiffer Smoke... they didn't have a HZRDUS in 6.0, but it didn't matter, I was very happy with the Evenflow, felt really smooth.

I actually preferred the feel of the HZRDUS smoke to the KKDC. The KKDC feels better than the HZRDUS black, but the balance of the smoke makes that shaft come alive.

Definitely worth checking out

I hit the TS3 with Evenflow white but the fitter didn't have the other stock options. I was fit into the Tensei Blue Pro which is a current upcharge. Is that similar to the stock Tensei Blue AV?

Seems like the AV is a softer version of the Pro blue

So really doesn’t look like much difference? Would little softer mean a little more spin?

The AV is just a different take on the CK Blue it doesn't compare in any way to the Pro Series, it's what many on here would call a "Made For" shaft.

The stock shafts are still up in the air as far as the official release, I went through a fitting a month ago and many of the shafts were still being assembled. I stayed within the Graphite Design IZ series and had lots of success as with the 917 line. The TS series though is better sounding and feeling IMHO and I did get an extra 5 yards with the updated driver. I have always been fitted at Titleist TPI in Oceanside CA where many pros go for their fittings. I suspect the link to the custom options will be updated shortly so I would keep an eye out there: http://media.titleist.com/images/titleist/files/US/Titleist-Custom-Club-Options/Titleist-Clubs-Custom-Options.pdf

i hit the TS3 9.5 w/ a hzrdous smoke 6.5 into a net w/ track man on monday and was impressed. good, but not $500 better than my GBB epic sub zero with a rogue max 65s. but i would say i like how the smoke felt compared to the hzrdous yellow and do think this is the best driver titleist's made in a long long time.
