I’m not big on blades or MB since I don’t have the game for them. But for clubs with a bit more help (so GI/SGI) I’d say:

Ping eye2

Ping G15

TM Burner (when I started taking Golf more serious it seemed like everybody had these)

Callaway Big Bertha

I know Mizzy is popular on this site and while great clubs there are very tough to find in Golf shops compared to the big companies like Ping, Cally, TM, Titleist and Cobra.

Callaway Mavrik 12*

Callaway Epic Flash 7w

Exotics Trilogy 5h / Xrail 5h -1"

Ping i200 6-GW

Cleveland CBX Full Face 56/60

Callaway Sure Out 64

Bettinardi BB29

Titleist ProV1x Yellow

Handicap: 9.2

Those Wilson Staffs from the 70s were very nice. I’d go into the High School library and drool over the ads in the golf magazines.

Livin' proof that Lefties are not naturally talented.

Some common and interesting themes emerging from all the comments...

Lots of love for the classic Mizzy blades, the Nike OGs, Eye 2s, the traditional / older offerings from Hogan, Wilson and Mcgregor. Not much about TM, Cally, etc who would be considered “market leaders” (at least from a sales numbers and Tour representation perspective) today.

Mount Everest-Because these must have been designed by divine inspiration, or science., or both...Ping Eye 2-Biggest selling and most influential iron in the history of golf. In fact it's not even close. They are looking down at Rushmore.

Mount Rushmore

Wilson Staff-The iconic blade for most of the 20th century, it won more majors than any other iron, and probably more tour events, amatuers, club pros, and the elite players in the world all had them in their bags. Hogan had it's fans and MacGregor had a few elite level players, but Wilson dominated the market.

Hogan Edge-The first forged game improvement iron, Hogan's answer to the Eye 2. Before this club a forgiving iron with soft feel was only a dream.

Callaway Big Bertha-the first oversized deep cavity thin faced SGI iron. These were really game changers. So easy to hit, like a set of hybrids.

PXG-Flame on if you want, but the hollow, high launching, low spin, premium iron revolution is upon us, and it's Parson's fault. Love it or hate it these will change the iron market for the forseeable future (and yes I know they didn't invent the tech), even if the company doesn't survive. They have changed the future of golf clubs, in terms of market niche, technology, distrubution, price point and marketing.

Ping G400
Ping G410 3, 5 and 7 wood
Ping G irons
Vokey 50,54,58
Odyssey Pro #1 black
Hoofer, Ecco, Bushnell, Club Glove
ProV1x-mostly

Ping Eye2

Wilson Staff

Not much needs to be said about the above, but I'll jump in to echo this choice:

Callaway Big Bertha - though the Pings started this, I think the BBs basically created a whole new market segment. Countless box set clubs were modeled after these in some fashion, and the category has existed ever since.

(And I've never owned any of those. Maybe my loss...)
