New Wishon's

I’m looking for an iron that’s as or more forgiving than g25. Thinner sole and a touch less offset with a little more distance.

Whatcha got???

I finally got fit for a full set of Wishon this year, and I couldn’t be happier! 919 driver and 929 3 wood, both with Xcalibur Pro series shaft. 2 driving iron (older model) with black Wishon shaft.

Sorry...just wanted to add a few pics.  Miss that thin topline and love the shape at address.    I’ll try to get some more this weekend.

It's really good equipment, but FYI, I'm pretty sure that Tom Wishon is no longer involved. He sold the company to a European outfit, Diamond Golf International.....in the UK, I think. There's a thread in here somewhere about it.

WRONG WRONG WRONG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Diamond Golf took over the day to day operation of the sales and marketing and distribution. I still do the product development which means I still do all the design work for my product line.

I am SEMI - retired only !

Legends never retire. Sorry Tom

575 MMC irons: 4-7 in CB and 8-P in MB. All with KBS tour shaft.
HM wedges: 52,56,60 degrees. 52 in KBS tour. 56 in Wishon knock-down wedge shaft. 60 in high spin shaft. And finally a Wishon cavity black CB-1.
I have a backup putter for fast greens in my lovely Piretti CW2 and just got some Wishon black limited wedges with black KBS wedge shafts as my backup wedges!

i know...I’m a golf gear junkie!

I have a really strong feeling that I will build a set of 575s again as a Winter project. Played them years ago and played some great golf.  Although I love my RBZ Tours (Tour issue F head), I just miss playing forged clubs, especially blades in the short irons.

Just built a Di595 18* and have been so impressed with it.  So part of my dilemma  is do I got with the Di595 3I and then rest 575s??  I was thinking of going with a hybrid in the 21-22* spot but the Di595 has been so good...

Those 575MMC irons are incredible. I have found they're damn near impossible to replace with anything else. I've experimented with a few designs, and so far,the 565MC's are the top contender that could displace them because I'm not playing as much and they're more tolerant of less perfect strikes and within 1/2 a club in length while maintaining consistency.

It matters not what others call you, but what you answer to.

Well I finally caved and now have a set of 575s drying.  8-PW MBs and 4-7CBs with a Di595 3I.  Decided to reuse the Elevate Tour shafts that I had in my RBZ Tours.  I forgot just how beautiful they are and I love the setup at address.

Can't wait to get them out this weekend.  Weather is suppose to be perfect.
