Looks mehh.

To be honest, the new Wilson Cortex looks better. That’s just ugly. Better hope it performs.

Cortex does look better. I think that is fair statement.

Not going to go thru all 25 pages of this thread but I held the entire lineup in my hands yesterday. Both drivers have matte carbon fiber on the top w/ a much smaller "silver" area up front. In person, to me at least, M5 looked considerably better than the M6 (both at address and the bottom of the club, bc that matters...)

M5 fairways are pretty incredible. Titanium faced and have a moveable 65 gram (yes 65 grams) weight.

Also TwistFace is on everything, including fairways and hybrids. No hybrid in the M5 lineup.

Wow, 65g movable weight? Is the track still in the middle of the head?

Come Jan. we are going to have 7 TM in the store. RBZ, M1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.?! :to_become_senile:

You still have RBZ, M1, and M2's?

Yeah, I would say if you still have 3+ year old product on the shelves, that's more of an inventory management/sales problem than a TM release problem.

We still have lots of XR16s too?! lol

The weight takes up a large portion of the sole bc it is so big, so it doesn't move a ton but even moving a slight amount should definitely alter ballfight given that it is such a substantial amount

I have a bunch of pics of the crown and more of the M6. I think anyone who says pass on these will change their minds when they see the crown design, this driver will absolutely wreck the Flash.

G410, different animal all together.

So

1. G410

2. M5/M6

3. Flash

Is that right??

In my opinion, it will be a toss up between the M series and the G. Both will be bringing different types of heat, I think when people see the G410 they will forget all about the Flash, the M6 is an absolute machine though. 2019 will definitely be the year for the driver. Sleeper will be the ST190 as ball speeds are showing drastic improvement over everything from 2018 including the TS series. I personally will be aiming for either the M6 or ST-190. In fairness, I know absolutely nothing about the Flash SZ besides the pics.

The m6 sorta looks like a spider like black widowish. I mean being clubs are mostly about looks. These look at first like a pass for me.

M6 looks like the old Nike driver, obviously without the cavity but at first glance that’s what came to mind. The M5 is pretty ugly.

With that said, when the first pic of the flash came out I thought the same. But they look much better so I’m hoping the same for the M series.

No, Ping and Callaway are bringing in different adapters all together. In turn I feel like both of them should offer their consumers some kind of trade in service for the old adapters, maybe ship them your shafts and they can put the new adapter in and keep the old ones for their preowned equipment? Would be nice... one can only dream I guess.

That M6 looks fast just from the photo. It's got a little of that speed channel slot ala Nike SQ. If a suspended face with Speedfoam works for hits low on the face I'm game. Last year I had G400 LST and currently have Max in the bag so I'm curious if there can possibly be a faster (mis-hits) and more forgiving driver. I'm pumped for these and I've never really loved any TM product though I had a fling with an M1 once or twice.
