Stay away - very far away. The guy who runs it is not very ethical. I had to involve my credit card company in the one transaction I didn't want with them. I cancelled an order and he charged me anyway. You will hear lots of bad stories about them.

My credit card company did. Too much trouble and not a trustworthy business in my opinion.

Thanks for the head up, I'm hearing quite a bit about his practices and unfortunately a little late :tongue: I've been trying to cancel an order for a few days.

Figured I'd post in here to back up the fact this place is run by jerks.

We ordered some rain pants TWO WEEKS before Xmas and paid for expedited shipping so we'd have them in time. They were marked in stock, etc. Of course, he had to get them drop shipped from FootJoy, then it was thing after another. He lied about them being shipped several times to us, and called us rude for having the audacity for sending him an email about it.

We still don't have the pants, but they are "in the mail".

Stay away, stay very far away.

Yeah, when I said "We", I really meant "my father in law". Had it been me, I'd have already told the guy to stuff the pants up his @$$ and called my credit card.

That place is absolutely terrible!!! I had to dispute a charge with BHM and eventually just had AMEX stop payment, otherwise that a**hole who runs the place deffinately would have proceeded to charge me for one of his own errors. I won't go into the details of the order but the scenario involved several heated phone conversations. At one point I just flat out told the owner that it was to late, I would dispute the charges, and I would file a complaint with the better business bureau; then I hung up on him. Not more than a minute later the idiot calls me up and tries to discuss my order with me as if our previous conversation never took place. I'm telling you, something's not right there. Don't, under any circumstances, deal with those schmucks. Discount Dan's is deffinately the way to go as far as online retailers go.
