910 D2, I’ve tried to replace it with numerous newer Drivers, but the 910 just keeps finding a way back in. So for the foreseeable future, it has ended the ho’ing, I’ve given up on trying to replace it.

For some guys here, nothing will "cure" their Ho-ing. And that's OK.

Back to the question at hand.

For me, my new Ping G400Max should be in the bag for quite some time. I've not had standing on the tee confidence this big in a driver for a long, long time...maybe ever.

This was new driver year for me. I demoed lots of new sticks (golfing with real club hoes allowed me to try just about everything on the course).

I almost was sold on the Epic, instead got a great deal on a Rogue sub zero. Without hitting it, I pulled the trigger and before the head-cover arrived, traded the head for the Ping.

In half a dozen rounds, I hit some bombs with the Rogue sz, but the misses were painful.

My buddy had a Ping Max I borrowed, and in the first round (including the first swing) I hit 10 fairways pretty darn deep.

That day, someone here was looking for a Rogue/Ping swap. A message, text and 3 day priority mail later, I was the proud owner of the Max head. I bought the shaft from the guy who's driver I demoed, and the rest is history. Next day, the Rogue head cover arrived!

As always, YMMV.

I don't ho clubs. In my 30 years of hacking, I may have owned 10 drivers. In those same 30 years, I've not hit a driver better. Not necessarily further (although i have hit some bombs), but this driver really helps me with fairways and scoring.

G400 Max. I don’t even have any interest in what’s coming out new for 2019. Ordinarily, I’d have hit the new Titleist the day it came out, but zero interest.

I really don’t see my Epic going anywhere. Only missed 5 fairways in the last 3 rounds, and one was with a 4wood...lol

I know I won't be swinging anything but my Cleveland Launcher HB (2018) in the foreseeable future. Long, straight, and supremely easy to hit.

Best under the radar club of the past five years IMHO. If you haven't tried it, you should.
