I am very happy with those.

 

Irons wise, they are doing very good with contract free players.

But, I think they gotto push them to bag their woods line more because they are also amazing!

I'm not quite there yet, but slowly getting there. All of my irons are Mizuno:

 

MP54: 3 & 4 irons

MP15: 5-PW

T7: 52* & 58*

 

If the early reviews on the new woods are accurate I may have a Mizuno driver and 3w soon as well.

Ain't a full Mizzy bag without a putter. Find an old Mizuno/Betti or Mizuno/TP Mills, or even a rarer Mizuno/Scotty. Japan issue also has some nice options.

Used to be all Mizzy but couldnt take the Woods any longer so all mizuno even my Bettinardi c-03 except for 3 wood and Driver are Taylormade now.

 

Have the Jpx ez Driver and 3 wood in my spare bag.

Follow up on yesterday's Trackman session at a Titleist fitting centre:

Tried both TS2 and TS3 in 2 different shaft combinations. None of them could knock JPX900 out of the bag.

Feel, length, dispersion, sound... All was still better with the JPX900.

I was very happy to pay for the time spent to get that confirmation.

Kudos to the Trackman manager to not trying to talk numbers up to make a sale, as I did actually manage to get more clubhead speed with the TS3 but it didn't materialize into more distance.

Good choice. I hit the new driver on range a few weeks back and it is hot!!!! It was so easy to hit that I thought the shaft was shortened but Rep said it was standard. I play a 44.5 driver so I can't wait to hit this with a shorter shaft. Plan to get fitted in February. Driver was the one area of my game holding me back this year.

Possibly considering switching to MP18 SC or 919 tours. And for whatever reason, I can't hit my 5i to save my life, so looking for options. Gonna try my JPX900 forged 5i tomorrow, see if that helps.

They generally make cruddy putters and their drivers are most often pretty meh. It’d be hard to be all Mizuno unless you are in denial of some sort..

I'm really considering switching driver's myself. I want to love the GT180 so much, but it's looking more and more like a one way relationship. To say my driving game is struggling would be an understatement. Been having issues lately, launching too high and always going right. Not getting much roll out at all either. I used my buddies TS3 for the majority of the round 2 weeks ago, due to a shaft issue on mine and was much better. Again today, on the range, all my driver shots are leaking right. Borrow the TS3 for 10 shots - 5 straight, 3 pull, 2 fades. And gentle fades at that. It's a great adjustable driver, but it's just not working for me right now. Tried the EvenFlow white, HZRDUS yellow, Tensei white, and Kuro Kage TS, and strangely enough all have similar trajectories cranked down to 8.5U.
