Greatest Fairway Finding Driver?

Callaway xr16 is the best all around driver ive played. Great distance and incredibly forgiving.

I dont think ill ever move on despite some investments attempting to do otherwise...all fails

If you have a decent repeatable swing and get the right shaft, the Ping G400 or Max is as close to auto-pilot as you can get with a driver. IKYN, i am stunned when i miss a fairway with the G400 these days. Have recorded a few rds lately with 14 for 14 fairways. Had a few with 12-13 and the misses where in the first cut.

My confidence with this driver is through the roof.

 

Yesterday I missed 3 fairways....by about a yard!

 

If the Ping isn't in your budget, the Callaway Fusion at around $100, is a fine choice too.

The one that always comes in to my head when anyone mentions a driver to find the fairway is the PING K15.

Titleist D2, had 910, 915 and 917 and all have been the most accurate things I have ever played.

I'm reading back, sounds like any driver will hit fairways if you swing it right.

I know this is a joke.......but....a highly regarded fitter using hundreds of fitting results determined that 14 degrees loft at 44 inches with a smaller head was the ideal driving club for all but the most skilled players. That's exactly what the GX7 is. Hmmmmmm.

 

I'd use an OG Rapture 3 wood with the right shaft if I was looking to hit fairways.

 

Also, the PING G2 EZ driver. 400cc head at 15.5*.
