The Nike Golf "Futura style" Dri fit t-shirt with the US open squiggly line and jellyfish looking design on the back from a couple of years ago is still my favorite Nike Golf T-shirt.

Modern fit, dri fit blend, no shrink, no fade. Cmon Nike, give us more of these shirts again!

Have the "Golf" T with swoosh below it that is the dri-fit blend. Such a nice feel and no shrinkage.

When we were out there today my buddy swore it wasn't JDay at the practice chipping area. I said it was definitely him based on the swing and also the rough outfit with the sweet TP's. Nice to see Rors was back to wearing the technical fabric.

Um, maybe call it what it is... JDay is getting a tad chubby and going full dad bod. Not a knock, but it’s been happening ever since he signed with Nike.

 

As for the polo-they’re not heavy. I love mine. They’re a more “advanced” (ie some stretch,soft, lighter) material. Probably wouldn’t wear mine golfing (gotta shave strokes to break 90) but they are solid.

I have to say the frank one i have is really heavy. Sure has some stretch but it’s far from a performance polo. With it being dark, I’d avoid it in anything over 75 degrees probably. It’s not advanced, it’s more a product of the people in charge of Nike golf not being familiar with the needs of a golf shirt IMO but rather coming from a perceived style perspective.

Gone are the days when he first signed with Nike and everything he wore was skin tight. Turned into a bit of a fatty, I guess that happens when you have a different ailment each week.

Speaking of Tour gear - Patrick Reed is wearing a Tiger blade collar at the Wells Fargo right now. Not sure I've ever seen that where a player is wearing another's logo

Tiger is like a Michael Jordan...and TW brand is like the Jordan brand. It's pretty much transcended Tiger himself, and is an entire line of clothing/shoes that has a following much the same.

 

Though I will say that yes, this is one of the first times I've seen another tour player wear it. I know MJ wasnt a pro golfer, so seeing guys with Jordan stuff is 'ok'...

Understand that of course, but nobody would have ever worn Jordan gear while he was in the league. Same with Lebron nowadays it's pretty wild to see another player wear his shoes and they almost always start some sort of drama over it.

Different era we live in. Quite a few NBA'ers out there wearing LBJ's, KD's, or Kyries. PJ Tucker probably has the best sneaker game around!

A lot of people wear the shoes of current NBA players. Some are not a fan of such behavior though:

I struggle to take anything seriously when the model is wearing sweats or warmups and the shirt’s untucked with a jean jacket wrapped around the waist.

I instantly returned my Frank shirt. It really is a cheap cotton shirt. I’d pry had been okay with it had the print been squared on the front.

At least that’s believable. I really think the unisex polo is just a casual piece that they are doubling as a golf option.

Just received mine today. Initial impressions were a little less than i expected. It’s really thin, neck was stretchy, overall body fit seemed ok as it was more athletic than standard. I just felt like it was gonna go to crap pretty quickly and wasn’t worth the $35. Back to NDC it goes.

I don't mind the floral.

I know it has been noted before but these new Nike models don't look real happy. I don't need a model to be smiling or anything, but they are straight up sulking!

Funny, because I thought that the new Frank shirt is thicker than the old one. I'm content with the new shirt. I'd be ecstatic if it had been dri-fit.
