They usually have new stuff. Whatever the “new releases” are on ndc and other retailers, they should have there.

 

I think they cut it down to 40% off to people just visiting the store, but still 50% to F&F.

Agree and think thats not a bad idea. Cant be half pregnant...IMHO Id rather pay $200 for a premium piece than to pay $100 for something I wouldn't otherwise consider.

I know. I've been wanting a sweater for golf, but Nike doesn't make any. Not those repel therma pullover things, that doesn't look good. The old sweaters look good. I feel like any time I think of Nike's apparel I just have to go on a little rant. Hard to look at some of the stuff coming out nowadays.

This is true, but the Frank t-shirt sat, the polo was still limited which makes no sense considering how heavily they've been pushing "The Nike Polo".

I have so many Nike golf pieces over the years but I can not anymore. I understand limited edition and all that but Nike has to understand that only flippers know how to get these limited releases. The average golf guy or even Nike golf fan has no clue how to get at the front of the line for these or any of the Jordans.

That and they have their Nike clothing modeled by skateboarding models in a way that suggests ‘street style’; this eliminating 90% of the demographic that can afford their clothing?

I understand being cutting edge but Nike now a days isn’t built around golfers as athletes but more about golfers as skateboarding leftovers...

Only reason I was able to get mine is I received a notification from the Nike app that the Frank polo was back and I clicked and ordered immediately. Happened last time with the black one but I just didn’t want a black polo. I do like the white one though. Wonder if we’ll see a red polo at the next major ?

I get what you're saying but, I am not a flipper and would classify myself as the "average golf guy" or "Average Nike Golf fan." I have my NDC notifications setup up on my phone as i'm sure many of you do as well. I just so happened to look down at my phone when a new NDC notification came through. Tapped the notification and less than 1 minute later I had email conformation. Maybe just right place right time kinda thing I guess.

I got the notification on the Nike app for the black polo but no notification for white. Only reason I saw was I got a tweet from an account that posted it was on NDC.

Even if it were limited to that... there are a lot of flippers with multiple accounts...

 

And Nike doesn't care who gets the product... as long as it's moving

Yes, they have multiple accounts. But they dont have 50 accounts with 50 different addresses. And if they do, it takes time to sit on your phone and make 50 separate purchases. And in that time, its gives US, the non flippers, a little bit more time to get in on the purchase. At least it wont sell out with one person making a 20,50, 100 piece bulk purchase.

yeah, that's not how bots work. all of the accounts and account info is premade. they don't do it at the time of launch/purchase.

i used a bot once for a Nike shoe release and it worked as advertised. it was expensive, but i got what i wanted.
