G410 Hybrids - New Adjustability including Lie Settings

I don't get how the ping says lie adjustments as much as 3 flat, when I look at my hosel in the lie section it only shows +/- 1 degree.

I think those numbers specify the loft change?

 

But anyway does anyone know the lie settings? I like the flat settings on the hybrid because I feel like it helps keep the ball from going left. But how flat is it? Doesn't look like 3 flat even though the marketing says "Up to 3 degrees flat". The PING website isn't much help, just shows lie angle specs as an "average of the five adjustable loft positions"

Just to update the thread with info from PING:

 

Flat 0 is 3 degrees flat

Flat + and Flat - are 2 degrees flat.

Works the same as the driver, although the actual lie numbers will differ.

I had a 17 for a while. Turned it down to 15.5 to replace a 3w. Worked really well. Strong flight and went a long way

I haven’t had a hybrid in my bag for a couple years. When I did I always struggled with the left miss because of how upright they all were. So I switched to a Titleist T-MB 3 iron and have loved it. However, I realized that I rarely use my 3 wood at my home track so I looked into other options. Just bought the Ping G410 5 wood used because of the loft/lie adjustability. I could not find anything on the lie adjustability until I found this thread. So thank you! I plan on switching the 3 and 5 wood depending on the course and event I’m playing. Again, thanks!

Standard loft setting is the most upright lie angle. According to this thread.

You could try adding loft, but you will flatten the lie.

Wouldn't hurt to try.

I don't understand how to adjust the lie angle, the loft is easy, but I am unsure how to conquer the lie adjustment.

Like irons prob TM Callaway in the center for standard lie Miz Titleist upright ping flatter. On hybrids you'll want more lie angle then irons

Did reducing the loft affect the clubface? More open with less loft/more closed when you add loft? Thanks!

Yes. When you lower the loft it opens the club face
