If you replaced your Rogue driver ? What took its place ?

Went to rogue from 400lst and its a wash...both amazing. Tried to get flash but rogue good enough not to be punked easily. Flash is more forgiving on misses heel side tho...

currently testing my Rogue against a Cobra LTD Pro and a LTD Black. Outdoor conditions are not ideal, but judging from what I've seen so far, the LTD's are better for me.

I was playing the big Bertha fusion, got a Rogue, try as might the fusion was more forgiving, lower spin and longer. Rogue went bye bye.

 

The epic flash has come and gone. What a noise, made my ears hurt and I’m almost deaf from a million rock concerts. It did perform better than fusion on distance but not dispersion. Wasn’t enough to make me want to play it.

 

Incoming is Mizuno St190g. Then the f9, then I’m done for this year.

Current gamer is Rogue SZ with Tour AD DI 6S tipped 1/2". I tried the Epic Flash SZ will all the various stock shafts and it lagged quite a bit. Even with the AD DI and same settings, it still fell short of the Rogue SZ. Based on all the buzz, I also tried the F9 with the stock shafts and it too was much higher spin and had less carry. Ball speed was about the same. I'd like to try the F9 with the same shaft at some point. But in my minimal unscientific testing, neither could keep up with my current gamer.

I went from the Rogue SZ to the M5 which kind of saddened me because I hate Taylormade's marketing BS. The fact is that I gained over 10 yards in carry with the stock Tensei and hope to gain even more with the new shaft I got a fitting for.

Rogue SZ to Epic Flash SZ for me.

 

So far it seems like it's quite a bit more forgiving for my swing. We'll see if that is just a honeymoon phase thing, or if it holds up over an entire season.

I replaced my Rogue SZ after about a month with an M3 in the EvenFlow blue shaft. Found th eRogue to be too fade biased and difficult to keep in play when I got it on the course

Wound up with a Rogue SZ after Epic SZ cracked. Never liked it. Sound or something and didn’t hit it well. Got rid of it and after hitting several TS3 was it for me. Increased virtually all numbers and dispersion much less. Admittedly not a titleist guy either just was best performer for me.

Custom order on the 20th and it shipped on the 26th. Should be arriving today.

Maybe I spoke too soon. My Rogue was a replacement for a busted Epic and it came with an Evenflow Blue. I was hitting it way too high. I tried a Matrix Blue in it, still too high. Today I put a Hzrdus Yellow in it and it came alive. I think the Cobra LTDs are more forgiving but the Rogue was giving them a run today, seemed to be the same distance on centre hits. So now I have 3 killer drivers to rotate.

I went back to a 917D2 from my Rogue last year. For me it just gamed better. Rogue was just too hot and cold. My 917 was more consitent on the course, but admittedly was a smidge shorter. Also gamed a G400 for a few weeks post-Rogue.
