Diamana BF tip to graphics measurement

I read through the few topics already asking this and it appears that it was never answered in any of them, thought I'd try one more time.

 

What is the measurment from the tip to the "n" in Rayon for an untipped Diamana BF? I bought a pull and it measures 18 5/8 from the raw tip to the "n".

 

The BF has a 3" parallel tip, so I tried measuring with my digital calipers. It measures .335 on the prepped tip but moves up to .338 once you get to the paint. It reads .338-.339 until the 3" mark. Just past the 3" mark, the measurement goes to .340. Could the paint explain the difference between the .338 and .335, or is the shaft tapering at that point and that means it's been tipped? Appreciate any help on this one. Whether someone knows the measurement or has an uncut Diamana BF they could measure.

Diamana BF tip to Rayon is 18 9/16”

Diamana BF tip to Chemical is 18 3/16”

What’s the latest on this. OP has his shaft at 18 5/8 to the n in rayon and post above says an untipped is 18 9/16. Anyone know for sure ? Is it possibly 18 7/8” like the B series ?

I can't be 100% certain, but the graphics on the BF and DF do line up, so I imagine the measurements should be interchangeable.

The graphics on the “F” series Diamana shaft all line up.

so I sent a quick note to MCA in addition to posting. Someone got back right away (gotta love that on a Friday night). Straight from Carlsbad, the DF tip to graphic is 18 inches even. Seems weird to be so close but just a little different ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. This would match up with the information I was given on the DF I just bought, which I was kind of doubting.

I have a BF tipped 1" and it's 17" to the L in Chemical. So 18" tip to graphic untipped.
