Cleveland Tour Edition 485 wedges in Beryllium Copper. Back when Roger Cleveland WAS Cleveland Golf. Only wedges that were on par with the Vokey 2009 Red Saws. And while I’m at it, the Vokey 2009 Red Saws. Many of us would still be using them if the USGa weren’t fascists.

Last year I got my wife a Lady Fairway chipper. Best $20 ever.

 

It's an obscene shape, and looks more like a metallic gold pleasure toy than a golf club. The only thing more embarrassing than a chipper is a chipper that looks like it belongs in the bedroom.

 

It's impossible for her to bring it out on the course without somebody asking what the hell it is.

 

Oh, and Mizuno MP33.

King Cobra Steel DF, still carry #5, #3 are humbling but are still quite capable in the right hands.

Titleist 681 & T's, great not because who played them but because how they play.

Hogan Redlines and 99 Apex, my bag gets a ton of attention with them in it. People gush about them..

McHenry Metals original Tour Pure, used one up till 2012 and kept up with everybody.

The 910 was/is so GOOD

 

The 712 AP2s probably aren't old enough yet to be considered a classic but what a great set of irons. I still think they are better than the 714, 716, and 718 variants. Played much closer to a players iron than a GI.. .the newer versions have swayed closer and closer to a game improvement than the 710/712 lines.

 

I think the 2016 M2 line (specifically the 3w) will become classics.

Original (I think)...Taylor Raylor. Had mine bent to 15 and a graphite shaft added...by Gibbs Golf in OTown. Still have it...not sure I could hit it though. :)

 

Awesome club, my father has had one in the bag since before I was born.

 

BTW... I just remembered that Chris DiMarco gave me the idea for this...he had one built with an Aldila Gold shaft. We played out of the same course in high school...he was a few years older and #1 on the high school team at the time.
