I told myself no new irons until the the new MP line comes out. Chris Voshall on TXG's youtube said something along the lines that the new irons are "not what you'd typically expect from Mizuno"....

As a lefty, I feel like we get shunned. I wanted to try/buy the 919T's so badly but all we got recently was the Forged and the SC's. I wasn't a fan of the SC's and Forged were pretty good but wasn't quite enough to get me to buy. The 760's were coming out shortly and I wanted to wait for those. Same with Z785.

I was NOT a fan at all of MP-25. I was going in thinking I'd get MP-54 levels of softness and feel with increased forgiveness, but to be honest the 25's were the worst Mizzy irons I've probably ever hit. Not to bash a great company but for me they were total stinkers. I understand why some companies leave the lefty offerings out for more of the high-end player's stuff, but it just means I have no choice but to give my money to companies like Taylormade or Callaway when in reality I'd probably support Mizuno or other smaller OEM's first.

Hopefully whatever new MP line they bring out isn't like the MP-25. Personally, other than 53/54 or older, the MP line has always lagged a bit behind JPX.

I have MP54s, great all around iron. Some have said it launches too high, I personally like a higher ball flight. The feel is amazing. I tested the mp18 sc, did not feel as nice as my 54s, but a good iron as well.

I’m a mizzy fan as well, and a lefty! I too wanted 919 tours but have the mp18 sc which I’m completely satisfied with! But I do hope they offer the next jpx tour line in lefty! Still have a back up set of 53’s, had the 25’s and I agree, didn’t really tickle my fancy

I'd be happy if they offer up a blade in left hand. It's been way too long. I'm one of the few that like the MP25. Short irons feel great and the long irons have some help. Some don't like them but the MP18SC feels really nice to me as well. I've ho'd MP68's and MP59's in the past. I have a wide range of acceptability when it comes to softness.

I'm in the process of moving from longtime 54's to the 18 MMC's. Different shafts (KBS --> Modus), so it's a little bit more of a change, but I'm liking them a lot.

Always interested in what Mizuno will come out with next, tho..

"take that, you miserable little white swine!"

Which protos? The 920? I know they are releasing the mp 20s series this fall.

I really like my mmc/mb combo. I think the only way I'd jump is a black finish. I bead blasted mine so I got the best of the tour finish and mp playability

I have been very satisfied with the 919s. Even though as a lefty we don't get the tour option, they have performed well and the combo with the nippon modus 120 shaft (I have been using TTDG x100) has kept the spin rates down and distance dialed. Plus, I like the look.

L.A.B. Golf is choosing ten GolfWRX members to receive their MEZZ.1 putter early and put their brand new product to the test before reporting back to the community about what they see. The selected testers will be one of the first to experience the MEZZ.1 from L.A.B. MEZZ.1 is our new mid-mallet putter that’s fully CNC machined from a billet of 6061 aircraft aluminum (body) and 303 stainless steel (midsection) to create our best-feeling — and we think best looking — putter to date. It includes 10 weights (eight on the bottom, two on the sides) that allow us to individually build each putter to a golfer’s exact specifications.

      How To Apply
In a post below, answer the following questions.

      1. City, State?
      2. Handicap?
      3. What is your current putter?
      4. Have you ever used a L.A.B. Golf putter?
      5. Why do you want to review the MEAZZ.1 putter?
      6. Do you agree to participate in an ongoing testing thread, posting reviews and photos?

That's it! @labgolf and GolfWRX will choose the testers in about 2 weeks! This testing event is for good-standing members in the USA only!
